房間設施衞生都超級差，一進房間就有一股臭味，應該是反潮的味道，衞生間馬桶也有反潮味，整個房間很臭很臭。並且已經房間就看見一大塊牆皮脱落設施也都很老舊。房間裏的燈也是壞的。好幾個燈都打不開。鏡子上面都直接吊著電線。

過年在這裏住了幾天，整體感覺挺不錯。一是房間很大寬敞，二是衞生乾淨，隔音很好。連續幾天安安靜靜的，窗外馬路也不吵視線良好。

衞生條件堪憂，廁所有異味，而且打掃不是很乾凈窗户邊上還遺留了上個租客的使用過的毛巾
