Stay at Vienna hotel was more than what was expected. Hotel was at a reasonably close distance from the railway station. Hotel Staff made a lot of effort to pick us up from the railway station, particularly Miss Chen was very helpful and forthcoming. Room was immaculate and well laid out. Brother Wang Shuai helped us going out of the way to help us store our food in the hotel refrigerator. Hotel is located at a peaceful location, with a number of food stall, good eating spot just Infront of the hotel. Even Muslim food was available which is a big plus point. Brother Wang also helped me in getting the tickets for Wangxian valley and suggested us to go the mountain which i believe was worth it. Thankyou very much to the staff particularly Brother Wang and Miss Chen for making this family trip a memorable one. All in all a great experience, wish to enjoy the hospitality again.

Room smelled of smoke, maybe the previous guest in the toilette. Some woman hair on the floor of toilette & shower. Good location near the railway station

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my visit.

Good hotel, not that far from the Treinstation.
Our room was big and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also nice.
