7. Lavender Hotel (Shangrao Jiangnan Trade City High Speed Railway Station Store)

I’m traveling on October 1. The hotel is really close to the train station. Within 15 minutes by taxi, there are restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner. The room is quite big, and the two beds in the twin room are also quite big. During the National Day, I read a book saying that the two major scenic spots in Shangrao are extremely crowded. It might be difficult to take a taxi back to the city at night, and there were traffic jams in the past, so I asked the lady at the hotel front desk to consult and she recommended the scenic spot to us - Lingshan. Really It’s less crowded and nice to see, and it’s close to the city! The front desk service is very good. If there is any toilet paper and slippers, they will be delivered in time. But the hygiene is really hard to comment on! We smelled a very strong smell of sweat when we were lying on the bed. We were about to go out so we asked the hotel to change it. When we came back, we found that it had been changed but it still smelled. Then we found that the quilt was not fastened properly and the quilt core was as shown below. So disgusting! So no matter how many times I change the quilt cover, it’s useless! How could the quilt core not smell when it was so dirty? Then I looked at the pillow core, because it almost had sweat stains on it, big yellow sweat stains! The facilities in the room are also very old, the corridor light in the entrance is broken, and the gaps in the TV remote control are full of dust! There are obvious dust stains on the bedside table and TV cabinet! Although the hotel price is indeed a good deal in November, the distance, and the surrounding supporting restaurants are also suitable, the hygiene score really changed from 5 points to negative points. We did not cover ourselves with quilts or use pillows at night, and used two layers of disposable ones. You can only sleep on sheets and duvet covers (you are not mysophobic!). I hope the owner can manage and decorate with care and the hotel can do better.
