The hotel is conveniently located for parking, has a good environment, and a beautiful lobby. Annie, the front desk staff, provided very good service and was proactive and enthusiastic; the room was comfortable and clean, the buffet breakfast had a wide variety, and the stay experience was good.

As a star-rated hotel and a newly opened hotel with five-star reviews from Ctrip, I was quite shocked by the service of Mr. Hong, the foreman of the catering department. During breakfast on the second day of check-in, the child accidentally broke a small cup for drinking milk. The child was also afraid and cried, but as a star-rated catering foreman, he did not immediately arrange for someone to clean up and "comfort" the child in the attitude of serving customers. Instead, he told the child in front of many customers and children that the broken milk cup was worth 38 yuan and needed to be compensated. Soon, he came to our table with a credit card machine and said that we needed to pay immediately. After many communications, he finally "dealt" with a compensation of 20 yuan. As a star-rated catering foreman, why didn't he realize that the guests were still eating, and why couldn't he wait until after the meal to deal with it. Afterwards, we also disagreed with the price of the broken milk cup, hoping that the hotel could provide the "purchase price list" or "compensation system price list" of the broken milk cup, but as of check-out, the catering department had not responded to provide it, and handled it passively. Before booking your hotel, I was attracted by the good reviews on Ctrip, but the way this matter was handled was still very disappointing and shocking. I hope the hotel can strengthen its management in the future and improve the level of service provided by its employees to customers.
