Passing by the hotel lobby, I was instantly attracted by the extremely modern art installations. The metal sculpture has smooth lines and unique shape, which complements the decoration style of the lobby and instantly enhances the style of the entire hotel. The hotel check-in experience is quite good, the cleaning lady is very clean, and the tw service at the front desk is okay! Overall very good.

The front desk service at the hotel was very indifferent, inflexible and rigid. When I booked a room the night before, I was told that I was worried that there would be no room and I had to pay extra to upgrade the room type. When I arrived the next day, I was still told that there was no room type and I was asked to pay more. It was just a scam. I paid more. The room type I paid for to upgrade was rubbish. I was woken up by the heat immediately after the power cut. I couldn't sleep at all. It went off several times early in the morning. The room number was not given on the room card. I didn't know where to change the room. There was no responsibility at all.

The newly opened hotel in 2024 is cost-effective. The hotel is close to Wuyue Plaza and has good facilities and environment. Parking is also very convenient and the breakfast is good. I booked this hotel for a trip to Lingshan, Jiangxi. I am a Ctrip platinum member and the price dropped after I checked into the hotel. I hope you can give me an explanation! ! ! !
