房間不錯 完全符合亞朵的要求 空調很涼快 衞生間算是寬敞
退房辦理也很迅速 並且贈送了礦泉水

升級了房型然後半夜空調罷工 工作人員積極處理但調度緩慢 熱了個把小時耽誤到凌晨 提出贈送早餐無果 電話錄入車牌號又出錯 反覆撥打確認 退房贈予一瓶茶水一個塑料杯子作為補償 首先補償對我們而言雞肋 其次我們是兩間房
綜上 酒店品牌有 服務人員態度有 酒店環境還可以 但總體服務水平有待提升 溝通暢通度有待改進
