前台小姐姐服務很好很熱情，有求必應，電話一秒接通，很有耐心聽我的訴求，必須點個贊，房間乾淨舒適，床很軟很舒服，房間採光不錯，也很安靜，周圍停車特別方便也有充電樁，地下停車場，下次還會來的，會推薦給朋友。

設施不行，服務不行，態度不行，我們定的套房，那麼熱的天空調製冷不行，衹吹風不製冷，店員還説怎麼別人都嫌太冷了你嫌熱，我們説你感覺涼快嗎，他説不涼快，不會説話就別説，不涼快還説什麼廢話，最後説給換房，原來就是從套房換到大床房不給退差價，也沒表示抱歉，起碼的歉意也沒感受到，不推薦這家店，有住宿需求的可以考慮住別的分店，這家不行
