Shangqiu Ruiheng Jianguo Hotel

It's really average. The welcome fruit you redeem with points was rotten. I requested a room upgrade, but the front desk asked for an extra fee. I used my good reviews to redeem it. However, at 4 a.m., there was a loud noise from the couple next door chatting. At 9 a.m., there was a sound of running sewer water. I called the front desk at 9:30 a.m., but the food had already been taken away by 9:30 a.m. This is a near-four-star hotel in Shangqiu. The toilet uses a Toto toilet, and it's not automatic. It's 2025. The electronic scale was broken. The front desk staff insisted it was working when I checked out. So, for an adult weighing 30 pounds, am I supposed to be a 30-pound person? The facilities, service, hardware, and software are all average. It doesn't meet the four-star rating. It's three stars at best. There's no drinks in the mini-bar, and you have to pay for everything. It's still a bit out of your reach.

The room was very clean, and there were a lot of delicious food inside and outside the hotel. The service provided by the beautiful lady at the front desk was very attentive and responsive, and she handled everything quickly. The room aunt was also very polite. On the recommendation of the sister at the front desk, we set off from the hotel for a night run around Riyue Lake, which was about 14.5 kilometers. It was very comfortable and gave me a rough understanding of Shangqiu's general economy, commerce, and humanities.

酒店屬於高大上的那種，裝潢屬於豪華型，樓下的餐廳感覺挺高檔的，每天都有婚禮，酒店房間很大，透過窗户可以看到包河，包河邊有一個算是公園吧。距離不遠，走路可到達晨豐灌湯包店，衞生，也好吃

住的非常滿意，前台服務也非常好，衞生也非常好

酒店 服務：服務態度很差，兩點退房，一點就打電話催，剛準備休息一會兒被吵醒，兩點又打電話催讓退房當時已經在收拾了，就晚了10分鐘還説延遲退房了，追着出來讓給好評，從來沒見過這麼沒有格局的酒店！給大家避雷！！！
