Why is the hotel supervisor Liu Caiyun's service attitude so poor? You can be the supervisor, and the other girls at the front desk are very good. I came to live in the hourly room and asked if I could extend the check-out time a little bit. The supervisor was very polite and cold and told me that I could not. How much and how much would I charge for overtime. I think as a service staff, a pompous attitude is very undesirable. I can't see a smile during the whole process. There are many five-star hotels I have stayed in. The attitude of the service staff is like a spring breeze. Although this is a fast hotel, this attitude is too uncomfortable.
