房間設施一般，窗簾拉不上需要粘貼才能合上，特別是房間門不隔音，樓道上説話的聲音都能聽到，包括對講機的聲音聽的一清二楚，衞生間的熱水需要長時間放水才能有熱水，地下停車場不大一般找不到車位，地面上的車位也要看運氣，可能這幾天有會議的原因吧，早餐品種多。

幾年前有幸住過 和記憶中的大變樣 房間設施老化嚴重 牆紙脱落 桌子鼓包 五金生銹 出於懷念覺得也無妨 但前台服務態度差不懂變通 後來聯繫經理才知道為啥差 經理更加** 有這個樣領導還能指望能帶出來優秀的前台？硬件不行，軟件來補。服務跟上。服務都這麼差酒店註定將要走下坡路了。

我在酒店訂的是江景房，房間比較大。陽台外邊有一小露台就可以看到丹江美麗的景色。早餐菜品很豐富質量也非常好，環境很温馨。會議室比較多，有各種類型的會議室，會議服務人員服務很到位的，有需求能夠及時滿足。前台雷依娜接待服務熱情、周到！

國慶假期臨時決定帶家人來商洛轉轉，看到點評上這個酒店評價比較靠前，去了發現掛的是星程酒店的牌子。酒店不在市中心，周邊沒什麼餐飲，我們衹能開車去萬達吃飯。我預訂的是河景房，房間挺大還帶小陽台，但是一進去就有一股怪味道，通風了半天才好點。酒店旁邊有個小公園能看到丹江水，整體設施太舊，該考慮重新翻新了，洗手池都是發黴的痕跡，浴室的五金有生銹的痕跡，地毯臟兮兮的，門也掉漆了，洗澡間的花灑使用程序太複雜。最無語的是原來酒店有個KTV，9點多開始就有個男人鬼哭狼嚎一直到後半夜，弄得人一整晚都沒有睡好，第二天果斷退房了。最讓我滿意是酒店的早餐，非常豐盛，夜景也還不錯。

房間非常大，比較安靜。周邊商業特別差，幾乎沒有，買水果什麼的特別不方便。餐廳早餐比較豐富。空調半夜關了，到早上9點才開，早上熱醒，這點有不合理。

酒店內外的環境都不錯，就在丹江邊上，房間很大，帶個小陽台可以欣賞江景。距汽車站也不遠，自駕停車非常方便。缺點是一般房型不帶早餐，周邊也沒有吃飯的地方，吃飯購物不太方便，距城區繁華地段有點遠。

坐電梯有點迷糊，3棟最前面一棟二棟在後麪，告示也不大不容易看清。開車的退房時一定要問前台要一張停車卷，不然門衞讓你跑回前台去取（來回一百米）房間不錯就是空調很迷糊不會使用，不是電子屏幕是手動扭的。
