1.前台問都不問，直接讓客户加會員，客户大包小包的等着，給你們完成績效。真是以客户為中心的好酒店 2.房間一邊沒牀頭櫃，一邊沒插座，建議你們以後房價也和服務一樣打五折 3. 空調對着床吹，是人設計的？ 4.住八樓去一樓，衹有一個電梯，打掃阿姨堵滿電梯，第一反應是讓客户等下一個電梯？服務真好

遮光差，非常的差！！！全部窗簾拉起來還是漏光，亮得根本休息不了，隔音也是特別的差，吵死了，樓上隔壁的動靜都聽得到😡😡😡！！！第一次住到這種遮光也差，隔音也差的酒店。必須差評的☹️☹️☹️
