這個民宿是酒店式，無人值守，辦理也很快，打電話給客服小姐姐，告訴我邊走邊認證，還沒有到房間就辦理好了，對於社恐的人來説很好，不用到前台接觸工作人員。房間很乾凈，樓層高很安靜，沒想到這個價格能住到這麼超值的房間，而且房間還可以語音控制小度，對於懶人來説省了一大批事。退房也很方便，跟客服小姐姐説一聲退房，不用到前台辦理，反正總的來説都很棒👍🏻棒👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻以後來上林就這裏了

環境特別好，很乾凈舒適，毛巾消毒很到位，能聞到一股淡淡的消毒水味，這個是很少有酒店能做到的，而且全屋智能語音控制，超級方便

房間寬敞明亮空大窗空氣對流效果好，露台防護網非實用晾衣服特別棒👍🏻。房間乾淨，衞生間很大淋浴水流很大恆温水流沖涼非常舒適。老闆服務態度好，辦入住等待時間偏長效率一般，清潔阿姨有求必應快下雨我不在酒店還幫我收了露台衣服太貼心了。智能小度全室控制給我粗心的人帶來很大方便。

房間看着很光鮮亮麗的，但是床頭特別多蟲子，半夜三更吵的不行……凌晨三點吵醒了出去喊了一次，還是繼續吵到6點，真的沒覺好睡

酒店位於縣城中心位置，自駕出行方便，購物、餐飲都很便利。房間採用智能化家居，對小朋友來説很驚喜也很有趣。房間衞生乾淨整潔，我們選的是大床房，也算寬敞明亮，但是因為酒店樓下有KTV，對於要求絕對安靜的人來説，有些美中不足，但是對於我們一家三口來説，整體算是很滿意的一次住宿體驗。

體驗感極差，東西忘拿，第一時間告知第二天再過去拿，結果第二天去拿被告知沒看到，A4紙的三分之二袋子裝着眼鏡盒以及發票還有一些零食，查看監控了自己確實沒拿出房門，你們衹説可能保潔當垃圾丟了或者自己拿走了，麻煩以後你們能上點心，東西看沒看到要第一時間告訴，而且肯定沒拿走才去説有東西落下了，時間間隔不超過半小時（東西沒能拿回來可以不計較，但如果裏面的眼鏡是剛配好的，就這麼不見了，就不可能這麼算了的，而且你們也沒給個合理的答覆）沒有及時去跟客户去了解處理這個問題，等第二天客户去拿才告知沒看到，還説我們裝好了，我衹能説，自助入住，沒前台真不行，保潔也不上心，管理問題，引以為戒。
