Very satisfied with the check-in experience. The room has a good view and you can see the three-piece suit. The guest room facilities are equipped with iLLY coffee machines, wireless chargers, Dyson hair dryers, and electric toilets. This is better in new hotels and the rooms are smarter. The service is basically responsive and the service attitude is very good. Special thanks to William, Lucy and Ryan from the front office for their help. The breakfast variety is relatively rich and has local characteristics. The location is quite convenient, close to the subway, and parking at the hotel is free. Already looking forward to my next stay!

My family and I had the plan to go to Walt Disney Shanghai so I checked this hotel I that was Brand New and just opened so I decided make the reservation; During my all time staying in the hotel I was truly impressed by the high quality and fancy decoration Hotel also the location super convenient near by the mall and obviously the level of service provided and dedication on especial to Miss Sheryn that helped me to settle down my Disney Tickets. From the moment I arrived, the staff exhibited unparalleled professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to ensuring a positive guest experience. The attention to detail, courtesy, and prompt assistance were evident in every interaction. Notably super kind and professional as soon as I saw Miss Sheryn I immediately remembered her face, “She was working as a manager in other Hotel in Hongqiao area” that always had super attitude to helped me and my colleagues during the pandemic to get PCR test QRs etc (for sure too many foreigners and Locals must remember Miss Sheryn)… attitude and kindness to help maintain until nowadays specially because with people that we don’t speak Chinese…. The exemplary customer service skills and willingness to accommodate requests left a lasting impression. I believe that exceptional service deserves recognition, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding hospitality provided by your team. I have never given a negative review on Ctrip, and this time I really have to give a big bad review. Let’s talk about the advantages first: all the staff I encountered were greeted with smiles, and they were serious about solving problems. The service was excellent, but the various hardware and supporting facilities were compromised. The problems I encountered in just two nights include: 1. The air conditioner was cold. On the first night of my stay, the air conditioner was turned on for most of the day and I felt cold even when I showered. 2. The design of the room circulation and facilities is super unreasonable. The shower and bathtub are together without any partition. The door is opened at both ends and cannot be completely closed. Moreover, I did not see anywhere to put clean clothes or change dirty clothes from beginning to end... ...I don’t know if there is any special purpose behind this design, I’m sorry I can’t get it. 3. The water temperature in the bathroom cannot be raised. The answer we received was that the floor we live on has not been occupied for a long time, so it will take a long time for the water to get hot... And we have already stayed on the second night, and the water is still not hot... This Do you think the reason is scientific? 4. The breakfast is hard to describe. It feels like foreigners are trying hard to make Chinese food. It doesn’t matter that the breakfast buffet has few choices. The wontons and noodles are kept warm in a thermos bucket. What’s the point of adding soup when the guests want to eat... and takeaways? no difference. Objectively speaking, the Western-style breakfast is okay, and the coffee is delicious, but the Chinese food is really unnecessary. 5. The front desk phone always fails to get through. It is no exaggeration to say that it takes at least 3 calls every night to get through. This is why I gave up the complaint on the first night. If I have time to call, I might as well solve the problem by myself. As a result, I still had to call several times on the second night before getting through, and the reply I got was that I was talking to other guests at the time. It's so busy that there is only one person working at the front desk at night. This is the only complaint I have about the service. Finally, although the exterior design of the hotel is still very unique, I advise those with children to stick to the Shangri-La next door. Don’t be like me and think about trying a new hotel. This hotel is really unfriendly to families with children.

I know the situation at the moment meant we couldn’t eat in the dining room, but the food on offer was cold, had obviously been there a long time and there was hardly any left. We went quite early in the morning too. The plug in our bath tub also couldn’t even close properly so would obviously not stay full for long. Our duvet smelt of smoke too.

Because I planned to go to Longhua Temple, I chose this Jiji Hotel again. It is only a few minutes walk from the subway station. It is still very comfortable to walk around Shanghai in autumn. The guy at the front desk said that Ctrip had an event and upgraded the room type. The service is nothing to say, the hardware is a bit old and needs to be upgraded. Especially for rooms near the roadside, double-layer insulated and noise-reducing glass windows should be installed. Sitting by the window in this weather, it is obviously very cold. The sound of passing cars on the road is also a bit noisy at night. The lock of the window on the right side It's still broken, it makes a rattling sound when the wind blows. Because I got up late the next day, I didn't have breakfast. For mobile benefits, I changed to a premium membership and can delay check-out, which is a lot more convenient. Other services are not lost. I will still choose it next time I go there.

The location is a bit remote. It takes at least ten minutes to walk to the nearest subway station. During the summer vacation, house prices have risen. The room is not very big. There are a lot of hairs on the floor. The hygiene is average. The robot food delivery is very novel and the service attitude is quite good. I couldn't watch the TV and asked them to deal with it. They finally helped me adjust the TV. This is worthy of praise, but I don't recommend staying there. The transportation is too inconvenient and there is nothing around. 600 per night is not particularly worth it. Forgot to take the picture. Absolutely true review.

We stayed 5 nights in the hotel. Our check-in was smooth and two male staff members at the reception were friendly, helpful and cooperative. Their customer service was excellent. However, during our stay in the hotel, we had to contact reception for information and services, we were very disappointed with the behaviour of staff member and her name is Eva. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful .
