The front desk, cleaning, and environment are all very good. The attitude of the service staff in the cafeteria was very bad. I made sure that I left my coat in the restaurant. I ran upstairs and downstairs twice in a row just to ask the restaurant service staff for help. I checked and found out that one of the service foremen felt extremely hurt. I feel aggrieved. The second time, I was told that if we picked it up, we would definitely return it to you. But we just didn’t see it. We have already told you once. The hotel is only seven stops away from Fengxian New Town. You don’t have to go to the city center if you want to go shopping in a hypermarket. There is only one working elevator in the hotel. If there are many people, waiting will be time-consuming. The double room only has one movable luggage rack, which seems inconsiderate.
