The front desk lobby manager Echo's service is warm and thoughtful, the room is large, spacious and clean, the facilities are complete and well-equipped, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient ~ the room is clean and tidy. This time, the child is taking the postgraduate entrance examination nearby. After booking a room on other websites without success, I contacted the hotel staff. I made a reservation on Ctrip and had a good first-time check-in experience. I was given a small gift when I checked in, which was very efficient. Location, however not in the center, isn't bad, the subway line 10 being not far we reach the center quite fast. Many restaurants and shop at the mall below, I liked that fact. we didn't eat anything other than breakfast, wich was a standard one. Nothing to be too excited about but they a have a decent choixe nevertheless. I'd recommand the swimming pool, the water is very clean, pool is big and the locker room is nice

This hotel accept foreigners definitely no issues with check in and check out. The location of hotel is great but still need travel 30min to 60min to the place that I visit like zhujiajiao yu yuan and maybe closer one is the bund. Front counter staff are approachable. For order car services they usually won't provide. They don't know exact step for order didi for foreigner. Quite troublesome for them. U better own a local sim card. Their shower and body shampoo are excellent and the water pressure are good and supere.toilet and toiletry provided an very clean. The toilet don't have proper privacy for family or friends as the glassdoor are transparent and visible see u shower or doing bisnuss. Iron board and iron provided I regret never bring along my hair dryer.but they do provide. Breakfast are okay but the soya bean curb made me don't dare to eat bean curb anymore.

Hygiene: Very clean and very satisfied Environment: The hotel is black and red, very nice Service: Very good ~ the front desk is very welcoming and all the staff are very nice The location of the hotel is also very convenient, next to Line 10 and very close to the subway station. Just two stops away is Wujiaochang, where you can find everything to eat, drink and have fun. It takes 15 minutes to take a taxi to the North Bund. There are billiards🎱 and other entertainment facilities on the first floor of the lobby. They are very good. I am very satisfied. I will come again next time.

It's great. I booked to come to Tongji to take the postgraduate entrance examination. The front desk also upgraded me to an executive room for free. I asked for a quiet high-rise, and I was assigned 901. It faces the elevated but the double-glazed glass is not very noisy. The room is also equipped with earplugs. This detail is perfect ~ it saved a business trip worker who was a light sleeper! During this period, I also used the garment steamer on the first floor, which was pretty good~ One detail, there is no socket for a hairdryer in the bathroom, or is the socket in my room a bug? It just can't be inserted firmly. . . . As a result, I can’t blow dry my hair and put on makeup at the same time, haha Anyway, it’s okay~ The pillow has been well received and I’m interested in buying one to take home haha🌝

The front office works very good that she let us into the room first whilst she was doing the checkin administration. The hotel itself is an old building, but they seem to renovate the room coz the room design looks quite updated, but not the bathroom. Anyway they are clean enough for us to stay. The location just right around SISU university, quite a walk from hongkou stadium mrt station, around there are quite convenient store when u need something or just buying some breakfast, next to hotel there is a yunnan restaurant whose owner is very nice, they cook good foods too...

Living here feels like home, especially after a tired day, returning here is like going home, you can cook this is so love, I bought a watermelon downstairs to relieve the heat and cool down. It feels really comfortable. It’s too late to go to the central building. There is no subway to take a taxi for 34 yuan. This location is really good, very close to Tongji University, you can take your children to punch in, the boss is also very good. The floor is a bit high but can be ignored. After all, it is only back at night when you go out during the day.
