This is the 3rd stay of ours since June when we actually did stay twice. Being impressed therefrom, we decided to stay again in this impressive hotel this time. Location is excellent and so are the services in general. All staff are friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends to stay in this good hotel whenever they have a chance to go to Shanghai.

Hotel is really clean and the decor is really nice. Stayed here quite a few times. Staff are helpful and will help you with any issues you have. Gym is good and has a indoor pool and steam room all of which are of good standard. Breakfast is ok but to be honest theres a-lot of breakfast spots nearby which I would recommend over the hotel. They do do alcohol and coffee in the hotel but like I say better options outside and the selection isn’t great at the hotel. Overall its not a bad place to stay I used to love it but the price has crept up over the last few years and its in the price range of better hotels now. It’s a really good hotel if you get a good deal on a price or actually if your getting off at Shanghai station and just want to get to your hotel quick. Overall not bad.

I booked a room for a customer. I saw bad reviews and went to see the hotel myself. Fortunately, it was renovated last year. The room was very clean and all the equipment was new. The customer was also very satisfied. The hot spring was a bit small. But it is clean and the price is not expensive. Overall, the customer reviews this time are satisfactory. It is also close to Hongqiao High-speed Railway Station. There are many small shops and large supermarkets just across the road.

The hotel room facilities are good, with everything that should be there. The smoking area outside is also very beautiful. Like many reviews wrote, the water in the pool here is really too hot. It is the hottest of all the hot springs in Shanghai that I have been to. It feels too hot. I saw that several children could hardly soak in the water for a while. I don’t know why so many people complained. I saw that the management was still saying in the comments that it met the hot spring temperature requirements. What they said is that your water is too hot, and they are giving you suggestions. Everyone in the hot spring said that the water was hot, not that you violated any regulations... It takes talent to reply like this

Personally, I think the current non-standard hotels are much better than some group hotels. Service: The housekeeper is very enthusiastic. I saw the reviews and accused their service staff before. It was very good to contact them. They are all lovely staff. They are all responsive and can feel that they are serving attentively. The overall experience is ok, plan to come again next year

The location is good, very close to Jing'an Temple and Metro Line 2 and 7. Life is very convenient. The rooftop garden on the 8th floor is clean. There is a small theater on the 4th floor. Since it was built more than 30 years ago, the glass is still single-layered, so the air conditioner cannot turn on the heat on cold days. What to do on a hot day? ?
