A clean hotel with very generous space in the room—I was upgraded for free which was a nice touch. The Rosemary toiletries, huge shower and tub, Nespresso machine, and free mini bar were all appreciated. The view (I was on the 9th floor) wasn’t the best but overall the room was excellent. I would definitely stay there again!

Smooth check in, front desk answered all the questions I had. Hotel staff and cleaners were friendly. After coming back from a long day it was a good surprise that they gifted me mousepad after seeing I had a laptop for work. Great experience at the Middle house! Tasteful design with clean, spacious rooms and awesome maxi bar! Beers milk water coconut juice sweets are all free! (Wine and champagne are not though). Staff are nice and accommodating with high attention to detail. Remember to check out the inconspicuous Bluetooth speaker under the TV and also the swimming pool area as well!

We just had some concerns during booking and check in, it was not indicated that our room has no windows but the reception just gave us this room without windows. Due to winter, temperature control cannot be changed so it tends to be very warm.

I got upgraded to a suite, and it was lovely, very clean with a very comfortable bed. I used the gym as well, which is very important for me, they have a fantastic gym, with lots of space and new facilities! It is a well-run, very comfortable hotel, worth the stay.

Have to say this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in! ! ! The hotel has an elegant environment and a strong sense of design! The mattress is very comfortable and I slept beautifully all night. The front desk male staff are friendly and friendly. The only downside is that the car parked at the door blocked me from pulling my luggage into the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall it's pretty good and highly recommended! ! ! 👍👍👍

This is a really comfortable apartment in a great location. Transportation to everywhere is made really easy with the West Nanjing Rd subway just across the street. There are 24h convenient stores and a large western supermarket nearby for grocery shopping. The inside is spacious and has a decent kitchen and a convenient set up of a bathroom, large closets, and 2 large bedrooms with king beds. We were here for a work trip and stayed for about a week and the amenities are complete to serve the apartment as a home away from home. The host is very responsive and accommodating and she also provides clear instructions for check-in/out and for the usage of all the equipment in the apartment. Thank you, Faye. Highly recommend and will come back again in winter to try out the floor heating!

I didn’t feel very satisfied with the room I originally booked. I upgraded to a round bed room. The round bed room is still very beautiful and the environment feels good. The most important thing is that it is very, very close to the Museum of Nature, 200 meters away in a straight line. There is also a subway nearby. Station, you can go to the science and technology museum, but personally feel that there are not many breakfasts nearby

It is clean and tidy. When there are no guests in the room, the hotel will open the windows and doors for ventilation, so there is no smell in the room, which is great. I booked a river view room. Outside the window was the rippling Suzhou River. The cool breeze blew in, which was very comfortable. The service is great. They will call me to confirm the itinerary and transportation methods, and tell me how to transfer to the subway more conveniently. It saved me a lot of unnecessary mistakes, which is very nice. The hotel is a former hotel. The rooms are not big, but they are fully equipped. The bed is very comfortable, neither soft nor hard, and it is very comfortable to sleep on. The service was great. The female shopkeeper was very enthusiastic and gave us directions, telling us where to go and how to get there. It was a very satisfying stay.

We liked the hotel, its location is wonderful, the service is quite good. It's situated in the downtown area, there are lots of shops and cafes nearby, and the main pedestrian street is very close to the hotel. The room contains everything you need for everyday's life, especially I loved the bathtub, it's clean, snowy white, however it's not so big, but nevertheless it's cosy and nice. The bed, the thick curtains let you sleep until lunchtime 😂 the breakfast is quite good, it includes eggs in 4 variants, coffee, tea, milk, cereal, salami, ham, cheese, pastry, fruit, vegetables, different Chinese food, yoghurt. I haven't seen the iron and ironing board in the hotels before, that's pretty much cool. The small kitchen also contains dishes, cutlery set for two, a cooking pot and pan, a microwave oven, a small fridge, so you can cook something. Thank you for this wonderful stay in Shanghai. If we are in Shanghai once again, we would love to stay in green court again!!!
