This is the most luxurious hotel in Shanghai that we have always wanted to stay in. The executive room has a small balcony where you can walk out and breathe fresh air, which is very practical. It includes a buffet for two that night and a buffet breakfast for two the next day, both of which are fresh and delicious. There is also welcome fruit upon check-in. The reception ladies with berets are very enthusiastic and give detailed guidance. Several supervisors also enthusiastically arrange shuttle buses. The service lady at the front desk answered us in the middle of the night about the best choice for visiting the hotel attractions tomorrow. Finally, we successfully completed a happy vacation, tasted delicious food, saw beautiful scenery, and enjoyed the attentive service of everyone in the hotel. I hope to be able to extend the check-out time next time, and I will come often.

With 38 years of history, I am already middle-aged, and Hongqiao Guest House is definitely the oldest hotel since the Republic of China was re-opened. I am just really attached to the millennium brand after staying at the Beijing one. This is my second stay at the hotel and it was really nice, The breakfast is amazing and the buffet dinner was nice. We stayed at a twin room I wonder why they have such bad lighting though at night the room looks so dark. We had the same problem last time and we changed rooms and the other room had great lighting.

The staff were really helpful and helped with every request. Booking taxis etc Breakfast is ok with lots of choice but I personally would have preferred more fruit but you cannot please everyone. Room was big enough and clean but no idea how to work the toilet 😂😂 They should provide a step by step guide It’s a little out of the action but taxis are so cheap it is good to stay in a hotel further out and cheaper and pay for taxis Lovely stay thankyou to the staff

The room is a bit old, but the girl at the front desk is nice and enthusiastic. Breakfast is from 7 to 9 o'clock. She helped us call a taxi and said that there are easy traffic jams during peak hours after work, so it is more convenient to take the subway. I booked this hotel because it was very close to the International Dance Center where I was seeing a friend stay. My room was super comfortable, I could walk to wonderful cafes and restaurants for breakfast and dinner, and I loved listening to birds out my window in the morning. At first, I wanted to book somewhere closer to Disney. However, after reading the amazing reviews, I made the decision to book at the Radisson Collection Hotel. We booked a family friendly connecting room which was the ideal choice for our family. The room consisted of three very comfortable beds, a large tent and 2 bathrooms. I really appreciated that the furniture edges in the room were covered to prevent injuries & that a bath mat was provided. The retractable clothing line also came in quite handy after our swim. The swimming pool on the 4th floor closes at 9 pm and unfortunately doesn't have a smaller pool for kids. I was told by one of the more kinder pool lifeguards to be extra careful when swimming with my 6 year old. The kitchen staff on the first floor were very welcoming and professional. Breakfast was amazing, I personally enjoyed the best Cappuccino here. Please try to have some luggage assistance for families with younger children. Thank you!

The king of cost performance, the location is average, the driveway may be noisy (we don't mind, sleep well), breakfast is very good, the service is in place.
