Every time I come to Shanghai, I live in Youyou Hotel, and this time the family chose an apartment. The room is not too big, but it is compact and well-equipped. There are simple kitchen equipment to make coffee, hot breakfast and so on. The service was very good. It was too hot in Shanghai. We hid in the room and didn't go out. The staff who cleaned the room warmly called and asked when it was convenient to clean. Because there is a sink in the open kitchen, there is a smell of the floor drain, so I told her and helped us deal with it. The disadvantage is that the apartment is a bit old, the facilities are outdated, there are few power plugs, and the floor drain smells bad.

Staying here was pretty good, nothing special. I only chose to stay here due to the Reggio Emilia Conference. I loved the breakfast. For me that was the best feature of my stay. My room was adequate, always clean and comfortable. The bed was.comfortable, too. I only have two complaints. The bathtub didn't keep the water in and the heater's him was too loud. I couldn't sleep properly so I was left feeling tired after waking up. Other than that, the hotel was fine. It was a great location for the conference, though.

A very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. The swimming pool is clear. The lobby is stylish. The breakfast also has my favorite egg pancakes. There are many varieties and the taste is good. The hotel staff are very nice. I like it.

The best thing about this hotel were the friendly staff- made such a good change to the usual service level in China. From the parking attendant to the server at breakfast, they were all so nice. Yes, it probably needs some updating (bathrooms) but the room was comfy and clean and the price was really good for what we got. Breakfast had a lot of choice. We will probably stay here next time we are in Shanghai.

Was quite a walk from the train station, more easier to use the bus to go there. The carpets had stains on them, not soundproof can be woken up by kids or cleaning ladies in the hallways. (The photo is just for points :) )

Super good. This is my second time here. The room is enough for one person. The environment is also very good. The guy at the front desk is very nice. Check-in went smoothly. The room was neatly decorated and comfortable. The lights were voice-activated and there was a large screen on the wall. Small robots were used to deliver welcome fruits and express delivery. They were full of technology and fashion. The children loved it. The breakfast restaurant is small but beautiful. To be honest, there is a gap between it and high-end four-star and five-star hotels, but it has everything it needs. There are four kinds of fruits, which can basically meet the needs. The service was enthusiastic and the child was not feeling well. He took the child's temperature and gave him a small gift before leaving. We have played Disney before, and we feel that in terms of hardware, Crystal Orange is no worse than Toy Story. The location is also good, just outside the subway station and surrounded by business districts, very convenient. The child recovered well when we left, and the hotel even gave us a small gift!

Hotel is very good location close to the bund. Hotel staff are very courteous. One time I was collecting my laundry at 6am and found they were stashed nice, clean, and folded and put on a shelf for me to collect. Check in times were extremely flexible. I was making a normal phone call in the hotel. The hotel said that my neighbor complained that my voice was too loud. I really wasn't yelling, I was just making a normal call on WeChat. I feel like the hotel's soundproofing isn't very good because I am just talking on the phone with my family. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

Second, when I arrived in Shanghai, I found that the hotel is opposite to Tangqiao Metro Station on Line 3 and 4 by navigating. I can sit directly opposite the hotel from Shanghai Railway Station. After getting off the bus, there are all buses. The public transportation is very convenient. Is the second reason for praise! Third, when I arrived at the hotel, the eldest brother at the front desk of the hotel was really familiar with Shanghai. Where I was going, he could help me write out the detailed bus and subway directions for me, and which station to transfer to. The details were so detailed.
