Hotels near Shanghai New International Expo Centre in Shanghai

First, let’s talk about the advantages: 1. It is close to the exhibition hall and is a cost-effective hotel in the surrounding area. 2. The service attitude of the service staff is very good. 3. There is a convenience store and snack bar downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient. Disadvantages: 1. The exhaust of ventilation fans in many rooms is directly in the corridor, and there are no windows, so the overall air is not very good. 2. There are mosquitoes in the room, and even lighting mosquito coils is useless. I don’t know if the mosquito coils have failed. 3. The hygiene of the blind spots in the room needs to be improved.

The location is great, and I enjoyed the access to shopping and food outside the hotel. The lobby area and facilities upon entry are well laid out, so the aesthetic is quite pleasant in this area is quite pleasing. A pleasant and welcoming greeting by the staff at the front desk was a good start. The food was just okay; I ate it because I needed to eat something before travel, but the meal was a bit lacking. The overall presentation, food layout, server actions, and food options all need to be improved. Even the way the table is cleared after someone eats is not at all done well. A bit of training in food presentation and service would make a world of difference. The room I was assigned upon arrival looked clean but had an awfully stale body odor. I noticed that the window was left open, possibly for the same reason, but I requested a different room. This situation was promptly fixed, as I was given a different room, which I felt more comfortable in. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and hope that improvements will be made to make the experience a better one. Hallway carpets are beautiful but in dire need of vacuuming to uplift guest entry to the room. Again, excellent location, and with improvements, it will be an all-around excellent experience.

Love the service - can do attitude, fast and effective. It is not a new hotel but the location is excellent. metro and maglev is at the footstep (do need to budget time to walk inside the metro to exit at 17). Lines serving the stop LongYang Road - 2, 7, 16 and 18. Eateries just beside it and two junctions away, there is a shopping centre and opposite it, a hypermart. Also very easy to get to Tianzifang and from there Xin Tian Di, all by metro. And then back to hotel. Can get a lot of nice food like kumo cheese at TianziFang and Shake shack etc at XinTianDi (walk straight turn right into Xin Ye Lu. Where the crowd is. You can see policemen stationed everywhere. very safe. There is a special fountain that does a lovely and colourful musical for 10min at the end of the pavement at 8pm. We discovered it by chance. Thank you again to hotel staff for taking good care of us and responding to our needs splendidly.

Cars cannot pull up to the hotel entrance, which we found inconvenient. The shower room has no curtain nor door. The bathroom floor is soaking wet after every shower. The AC is extremely difficult to figure out, we spent most of the time in freezing temperatures. The hotel looks fancy, but not very practical. Would not return.

Fantastic! Locate right across the road to the exhibition center, subway entrance in right next to the lobby entrance. Across the road many eateries and night outing too. The family room's bathroom has no privacy.. travel with kids is fine but if u travel with siblings then.... 7th floor consist of all the facilities, superb. Cold and fire room, warm water pool, indoor swimming pool, good gym facilities.. just that the center area is under renovation closed for guest.

Walk to Longyang Mall/ Metro station to Airport or Pudong Puxi. On my departure day there heavy pour . Receptionist go street to ensure to secure cab and offer umbrellas to accompany to airport . Helpful in assisting in food location and flexible to change room even after check in . Superb hospitality will consider Hanting again

I give this store 5 stars. I went to Shanghai on a business trip. The hotel was very considerate. There was a free shuttle bus to the exhibition🚌. The breakfast was also good. It deserves to be a five-star hotel. The room was clean and the service was very good. It was raining heavily when I checked out. The hotel provides free umbrellas for every guest☔️, which is really considerate. The key is that there is no need to go through any formalities and it is very convenient.

As per certain reviews, location of hotel is generally convenient but not really near the metro station (as indicated) considered within the Pudong business district. Traffic seems light throughout the day + free parking space provided + retail shops and restaurants surrounding the site made up for whatever disadvantages. First thing you’ll notice (for most people I guess) is the staff’s attitude/ attention standards when checking in, also their speedy response when approaching housekeeping and then the breakfast service in the mornings are all pretty good. An above average breakfast experience means 1) varieties of food 2) comfortable environment 3) overall hygiene, including those of cutleries and their attentiveness to clearing the plates/ tables. Thumbs up for almost every area, not forgetting the tiny gym plus outdoor pool (although water not heated but warm enough during summer) except for the rooms looked “a little tired” (as mentioned earlier by others) due to the age of the building and the only unacceptable two items: pillows are “too soft” and insufficient (selection of) channels on the television! Still cannot understand why (even for during our last outing at one of Hampton, digital media was not available) at this current moment of time, I expect more from a five-star rated operator.

I generally prefer all seasons when traveling on business. This store is near the New International Expo Center. It is convenient for those who have exhibitions. Maglev, subway, 24-hour convenience store, coffee, and dinner are nearby Pudong Kerry City, all within walking distance. Auntie cleans the room every day and the service is always good.

The location is very convenient because you have the Longyang Road Subway Station there, which is especially great for those who travel to or from Hongqiao Railway Station and Shanghai Pudong International Airport. The facilities are in good condition. Our room was a bit small and we could hear a little bit of noise during the night. But otherwise it's a good budget option and it ticks all of the basic requirements.
