The location is great, but you must have a room with a view. It is a newly opened hotel in the city. It is a cost-effective experience. The location at the intersection of Yuyuan Road, Changning Road, and Dingxi Road 3 is very good. The main thing is that Zhongshan Park has a panoramic view. The mood is great. Secondly, the decoration is very fresh. Young but tastes a little big. The room is about 30 square meters. The location in the city center is sincere. I don’t want luxury but the view and convenience. Downstairs is the subway. Opposite is the Yuyuan Road and Dingxi Road where various coffee and snacks are concentrated. The location in the city center is really convenient. Like this location very much

Spacious room with excellent wifi and impeccable service in a good location in close proximity to metro and airport. Breakfast gives 3,5 points of 5,0. Unlike other lhotels here the personnel speaks good English, while the best restoran in the premices serves nice Chinese cuisine, so all is in balance here

We stayed at Renaissance Shanghai Zhongshan Park Hotel twice during our China trip this time. We had a minor issue with the hotel window during our 1st stay, however the hotel changed our room without asking us to move luggage. The 2nd morning we had the most honest appology from LeeChee when checking out. We decided to book Renaissance Shanghai Zhongshan Park Hotel again when came back to Shanghai a week after, and had outstanding customer service from LeeChee once again. I would recommend Renaissance Shanghai Zhongshan Park Hotel to any our family and friends.

The room is spacious. The furniture in the room was old. There are some questions to ergonomics of the room. The socets predominantly didn't work. The room service started at 7 am. Great, that I marked the room with ”not disturb” sign. The reseption speaks English only during the day. Breakfasts were fine.

I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
