This time, I found a homestay in Qingxi Country Park on Trip.com. I basically didn't step on thunder. I was very satisfied. The sun pours straight from the terrace, and the whole person is lying on the sofa to bask in the sun, which is really a rare enjoyment. My husband and I had an AMAZING time at Village Stay. The accommodation is located in a very quaint village surrounded by beautiful nature to go for a walk, bike or boat ride. The design of the place is very nicely done, both indoor and outdoor. The food is out of this world: best Shanghai fare we have had and very healthy. The coffee they serve is also of excellent quality. There is a lovely pool to be enjoyed and apart from that, the room contains everything you could wish for when staying at a hotel. The owners and other staff is very helpful and above all, very friendly. I 100% recommend this hotel to others and can hopefully come back in the future. The best thing of all is that it is located in Shanghai but that it feels that you’re very far from the busy city life!
