Shanghai Qingpu District 5-star Hotels

One of the best resorts in Shanghai. Very suitable for children’s as well as teens. The wave pool is awesome specially in summer June - Aug. The barbecue is good in winter. Very close to city center and the surrounding rural life is also a good experience. We make sure to visit once in a year !

It was excellent hotels if attending any exhibition in NCCE Shanghai.. walking distance from 2nd floor connecting floor to show. Just 2 mins.. must book for full package with tea n happy hour time for stay.. worth of value..... Thank for Mia and Jason introduction n service..

We are a family of four with 2 kids. For us adults, it's been a while since we had a spa experience and The Senz reminded us how relaxing it is. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool, it was big and clean. The food choices are all yummy. All the staff, especially the Filipino staff are all accommodating and very gracious. Overall, it's a staycation worth visiting again very soon.

Old star hotel, I can see that many facilities are a bit old, the garden greening needs to be renovated. The swimming pool is large, the water temperature is constant 29 degrees, there are not many people swimming, and the experience is very good. The room is quite big, but there are many hardware facilities faults, such as desk lamps, the phone is bad, but it is not harmless. When I go out, I meet the room manager. I said it casually. When I come back, I will repair it. The efficiency is still OK. I feel very rich for breakfast and the taste is good. Thank you Xiaoyi at the front desk. I saw that I brought the children (more than 1 meter 2) and gave me an extra breakfast. The hotel is very close to scenic spots such as Lushan, and the takeaway can be delivered directly to the room, which is great!

March is a good time for outings, so I decided to pick a weekend and take the whole family to Qingpu for two days. We booked a parent-child room, which was just right for our three adults and one child. We also booked a superior king-size room for my parents-in-law. The front desk staff also helped upgrade the room type and arranged the two rooms on the same floor. The Elsa-themed parent-child room in the main building is a little thinner than the Crown parent-child room we stayed in before, but it is enough for a 4-year-old child to stay for one night, especially since there is a pet paradise, outdoor playground and a small indoor playground downstairs. , absolutely fulfilling for children. The breakfast variety is a little less, but there is no problem in eating full. The surrounding supporting environment is also good. When the children are older, they will come to the Qingpu Museum opposite to check in. They will change to a parent-child theme room and check in again.

The wooden key card is very distinctive, there are many charging sockets in the room, the design is very user-friendly, and the overall service is good. The service of Manager Lukina is worthy of praise. The bathroom toiletries, shampoo and shower gel also smell very good. The breakfast buffet in the morning is very rich, and the noodle stalls are great.

Really comfortable stay. Room was clean and well equipped (added perk of a bathtub :) ). It had a small balcony with a nice view. Breakfast had a huge spread of Chinese and Western options and was awesome. A special word of praise for the maintenance staff who helped with retrieving a charging wire (which I'd dropped behind the TV unit). Overall, great experience. Highly recommend this place.

The hotel looks very grand - it could do with a few minor repairs and a bit of a clean in places (mainly carpets) but it was lovely to look around and very spacious. We came in winter, so the pool was closed but there was no notice if this when we booked - it should have been mentioned, to save my daughter’s disappointment. The beds were very clean and comfortable, the towels were clean and we got a plate of fruit each day. The room carpets would benefit from a proper clean. The food in the restaurant was lovely and there was a great choice of food at breakfast. The Kid’s Zone was fun but needed a good clean too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and overall, we had a lovely time.

I took my children out to play during the holidays and stayed at the Radisson Hotel. The transportation is very convenient. From Hongqiao Railway Station, I took bus No. 6 and Line B directly for 4 yuan and it took me ten minutes to reach the hotel. It was super convenient. Environment: The hotel environment is very good. After staying for two days, I got up every morning and went to the Western restaurant on the first floor to have breakfast. There are both Chinese and Western styles. There are many varieties of breakfast and it is very rich. The waiters are also very polite and enthusiastic. They also take good care of the children and prepare the baby. Chairs and baby tableware were provided. I had a great time eating. After breakfast, I went directly down to the B1 floor and went to the hotel’s children’s playground. Hygiene: The children's playground is very large and clean. Alcohol is placed at the entrance to disinfect. The children were not tired after playing for 3 hours and had a lot of fun. Serve: I didn't want to go out at night, so I had dinner at a Chinese restaurant. I just happened to catch up with the baby chair reservation in the restaurant lobby. They thoughtfully arranged a small private room for us. The family of three ordered a few dishes. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was great. I would like to express my special praise. Service, we were served by Iris. The lady has a very good service attitude. She is super patient with the baby, thoughtful and attentive, which is great😁.

Had a wonderful Mid Autumn Festival trip to Ahn Luh Zhujiajiao, we spent most of our time in the hotel, it is so peaceful, the service is impeccable, everyone is sincere and went out of their way for us. Especially Alisa our butler, she followed up on us throughout our stay, and even on her day off to make sure we were happy. Joann from housekeeping was also great, as she made sure we had everything we need in our room. Love the sweet soup they served at 5 pm everyday 😀Definitely will come back, because of this experience will visit the other 3 Ahn Luh Resorts in China
