Staff are very nice despite some minor communication issues (language barriers). Clean and large room with separate wet and dry areas. A big plus for very comfy bed and good quality shampoo!! Housekeeping was daily and was generous with the minibar fill-up. I mostly took videos so here are the views from the room (2-3) and from the elevator area (1).

A warm welcome from the moment we stepped into the hotel entrance. We were ushered to the lobby at level 101. There we met our butler Alex and we had our refreshments at the lobby with spectacular view. A special shout out to the Hi tea session. Food and services were fabulous. We enjoyed it very much. As well as the magic show. Kudos to the Magician who made our day. The hotel tour was amazing, thank you Jan 真真 for her good effort for showing us around , it was very educational. We didn't get the chance to dine at the Chinese restaurants as there were fully booked. What ashamed! Breakfast spread was interesting. Crew were very attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pillow selection was another brilliant move. Very much appreciated. Front desk Joejoe was courteous and friendly. After all, thank you J Hotel and the crew for an unforgettable experience throughout our stay.

I live in Shanghai Metropolis, so a long weekend break in Songjiang was much-needed, and your hotel was my first pick as I am an IHG Member!!!!! Just take a look at my photos, and you'll see my happy face!! The experience at the hotel and the surrounding area was fabulous!!!! Wonderful, helpful, pleasant, smiling staff - from GM Richard Hng, to Director of Rooms, Mike, to Alisa who told me about my gift at check-out, to Seven at check-in, to Alex the bus-boy who carried my luggage and was so helpful , to the doorman who hailed me taxis and held the door open . . . .to the dining staff...to the housekeeping staff.....THANK YOU for my wonderful memories!!! Songjiang is beautiful and cultural..I enjoyed Guangfulin Park, a ride on the Green Line in a tram, Thames Town, and, of course, meeting friendly people, so wonderful as I travel everywhere alone!! I hope to return to your area in March for the sakura in the park!!

The hotel smell with cigarettes. We had to stay at the room full of the cigarette smell for the night coz we arrived late and couldn’t be bothered to change room. It was great they changed the room straight away but then I smell the cigarette again at the corridor. It’s a non smoking hotel but guests are still allowed to smoke in the room. The laundry was disgusting, I can’t wash the clothes coz the washing machine was full of detergent and dryer wasn’t working. The room was big though and location was good Will not stay here again.

Environment: Close to Hongqiao Creative Industrial Park, only 320 meters away from Wojia Bookstore (24-hour library), because I was going to take an exam, it was very convenient and the environment was good! There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs, very convenient~ Sanitation: Live in Room 2108, the room is super large, very clean, and very cost-effective! Facilities: The facilities are also great, but I suspect there are cameras in many places. Basically, there are red glowing dots in every socket, which are still bright after unplugging the power. Overall good stay at Haichang Resort. We booked Nemo theme room. And it comes with theme park admission tickets for 2 days. The boys love the bunk beds. Super convenient to the theme park. Expect some queue during dinner and breakfast buffet.

DO NOT book this hotel unless you are planning to drive or take a taxi every time you enter the hotel. Getting to the hotel while walking is very difficult: It's about a 25-30 minute hike from the subway station (map apps will lead you through street that are not accessible) and requires a 15 minute walk that includes hiking up a steep incline through a parking garage and then a *very* long walk across blazingly hot parking lots (no shade) while dodging cars (no sidewalks). See pictures. The room itself was great, though! No cigarette smoke smell, new, and clean. I really wanted to like this hotel, but it's just too hard to access, lol.

room is good with 3 twin beds, additional benefit is free laundry everyday so no stress for dirty clothes. Ladies staff Ms Zhao is friendly and helpful. Man staff attitude can improve. Since the hotel entrance is a few minutes walk from where the shuttle bus drop off point, not convenient when raining. Free shuttle provided, recommended to stay.

Because I had something to do nearby the next day, I found a hotel that was already relatively close for one night. However, the hotel environment was not bad. It was next to a school but the soundproofing was very good. However, when I booked the hotel, there was a point redemption option for late check-out. option, I redeemed it with more than 60 points and postponed it until 14:00. At noon, the front desk called and said that we could postpone it until 14:00, but we have to write a good review, otherwise it can only be postponed until 13:00. May I ask? Woolen cloth? So I spent more than 60 points and am I a big resentment? Because the person who answered the phone was my partner. He didn’t know that we had already redeemed the points. He also asked me to write a good review for you quickly. I was a little speechless. But in the end we checked out at 1 o'clock, but we hope to connect with the platform in the future.

The room was clean and fresh, the bed was big and soft with no pressure, I fell asleep right away and solved my insomnia problem. The landlord was very considerate and almost always responded to our requests. He also sent us to Disneyland for free. Since it was very close to the scenic area, we could go to the free Disney Town first. I will choose this hotel next time I come.

The location of the small courtyard is good, the entrance is a park built in the countryside, there is a river, the river is very clean, there are small woods, wooden plank road. The room is clean. Hengsha Island is indeed very clean. The small courtyard is very close to the town. The nearby Mindong Road, Dongjiang Road, Fuminsha Road, connected together, is a very comfortable ride road, and there are high water spruces on both sides of the road. Eating, renting bicycles, and the boss help solve it. The boss’s family made ”sugar and sour mulberry”, which is delicious.
