Simply put, the hotel is nice but the photo of the building shown is deceptive. The hotel is “underground”, looking into a ground floor courtyard. I arrived and was told my room is in B2. I had a window covered with a film looking to an indoor room. No natural light and no fresh air. Was it written in small print? Yes. Do I check if a room has a window or not when I book for this price in Shanghai and the main photo of the hotel shows a glass building? I do not. The room was nice, but the price is too high for a room without window. It’s also a maze inside- the room was so so far from the elevator I had to spend 5min staring at a floorplan to find my way. So in the most likely event you’re here for a business meeting you need to check the weather on your phone to decide what to wear. Its a nice room and hotel, but I would not come back.

The hotel was really wonderful, very good and comfortable, and it was good in all aspects: (reception - restaurant, facilities, dealings....) Everything was good. The hotel is very close to the metro station, You can just walk for ten minutes or less and you will arrive. The hotel is close to restaurants and a famous tourist place ( Panlong Tiandi ) ... Also Mr. Lau Zhang was very helpful to us... I really recommend this hotel and I will come back to it again. If you come to Shanghai👌🏻

Luxury experience, home away from home - an unforgettable hotel
As a foreign tourist, I am very satisfied with the service and facilities of this hotel. The hotel is strategically located, convenient transportation, and surrounded by abundant food and shopping places. The rooms are spacious and bright, tastefully decorated, and the beds are comfortable for a good night's sleep. What impressed me most was the service of the hotel staff. Mathys and Eden were warm and thoughtful and patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel the warmth of home. In addition, the hotel's Chinese and Western breakfast is also memorable. All in all, this experience made me feel very much at home, and I will choose this hotel again next time I come to China!

My friends in China recommended this hotel and told me that she loves it because it’s relatively inexpensive compared to similar hotels in the area. She also stressed that it is a native Chinese brand hotel that it is easier for her to order food and just anything she needs. I was pleasantly surprised by its decor, service, cleanliness and modern amenities. Our room had a nice big tub, huge shower and toilet with bidet. It’s been a while since I visited Japan and I forgot how nice to have a bidet. The breakfast was a nice addition to our stay since it is included. It served both Chinese and American breakfast with some nice local dishes. The decor is modern Chinese Jiangnan style featuring paintings, Calligraphy, and 3-D animation of gold fishes. I enjoyed working out at the gym as well. Super clean and all equipment are easy to use. There is a Pilate room as well. I didn’t have time to enjoy it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not to mention that I asked for a power cord, it was delivered by a robot. Five star experience! .

The round-faced guy has a strong sense of service and is very nice. He actively communicates and coordinates when encountering problems. He is the best service among the four hotels in Nanjing, Hangzhou, Shanghai, and Suzhou during this Spring Festival trip. The hotel is newly decorated. The family room is a little small, and it is a bit crowded for three people (big and small). But the double and king-size bed rooms are very spacious. There are two pillows and the bedding is relatively comfortable. In terms of transportation, it is very convenient to walk from Songyuan to the nearby Postal Savings Community in 6 minutes. Line 10 is still very convenient. By the way, I got a cup of coffee at the front desk every day, nice!

Hotel is very near Yu Gardens and Cheng Huang Miao. The nearest train station is just about 10-15 mins walk, very convenient.
Housekeeper were very attentive and helped to clean our room everyday, spotless 👍🏻

RRokkenI had a generally good stay at Mia Hotel. Good service and staff. If you have chance to stay and your sleep is very light don’t get a room close to the elevator – the aisle is very narrow and you can hear easily people chatting when they get in and off. The place overall is a nice, the neighbour is great and you can’t find probably such a place like this one in the area.

While the variety was adequate, we felt that the quality and freshness of some items could be improved. Our daughter enjoyed the pastry section, though it lacked some of the diversity we’ve encountered in other hotels.

The hotel provides standard amenities suitable for families. Our room was clean and comfortable, featuring modern furnishings.
Service:
The front desk staff were courteous and efficient during check-in and check-out.
Location:
The hotel’s proximity to Shanghai Disneyland is a significant advantage for families planning to visit the park. However, we found that transportation options to other parts of the city were somewhat limited, making it less convenient for broader sightseeing.

The main issue for international travellers in China and at this hotel is that they do require Chinese mobile phone numbers only to get connected to wifi - sad, very sad. Well, as we should be leaving in the morning and check-ined late we didn't want to bother much about this wifi setup issue with reception.
The view is great in the morning, at least from the 702 room. The fridge was full with what you see down below.

Location was also 10 points the URSIDE hotel house of Gryffindor!💅
The daily 1 free cup of drink of choice adds 100 points just knowing my coffee awaits me 2m away from my room! Although asked ”please sir! Can i have some more? For free” ”MOREEEE?” Unfortunately wasn't their reaction!

GGuest UserQuite hard to communicate with the receptionist and staff at the hotel, but some of them were really nice.
Hotel room was small but clean, they change our towel every day.
Breakfast is the same menu for almost everyday, but enough spread from rice, noodles, wonton, bread, coffee.
Location very convenient, near east nanjing road metro station. Close to the bund.

EEe MingThe hotel service is exceptional. Calling for room service was quick and the staff are very polite and friendly. The bed are very clean and you have the option of choosing the type of pillow you want.
Location is fantastic as it is near the main shopping street. Besides it is a subway which makes travelling around so convenient. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Shanghai.

FFamPlanFirst of all 5 stars to Peng Ho (何鹏) service, very helpful and proactive, helped with us during check in and when leaving the hotel with 🧳 and getting our ride to the airport.
Also 5 stars for another lady helped with our check in, she let me viewed a few rooms as I wasn't exactly sure about my stay, she prepared a welcome fruit platter for us.
The hotel is quite wore off, l9bby seemed ok, but once in elevator, corridors all appeared wore off and not clean, then the room arranged for us is full of smell, moldy and smokes, the room we settled is not as smelly, but still found stains, dirt etc in the room, I have especially requested a well cleaned and dusted room before check in due to allergies. Since t was our last stop of a 2+ weeks vacation plus it's only one night so we didn't move, if it is at the beginning or staying longer, I would've moved hoteldue to the first impression of elevator /corridor and room,I was tired that didn't even take picture of the room, our room was facing some old neighborhood, no scenery at all, plus it's noisy in the morning around 6, noises from heavy machinery.
But location is quite convenient, walking distance to the Bund, took us about 20 minutes walk to reach the starting point of the Bund.

DDavid DoanNice hotel but unfortunately disappointing service. I booked a Pearl Tower view room and arrived at 2am to receive a different room and had to demand to staff to give me a different room. Even then the view was not satisfactory but what else can you do at 2am? The hotel was new modern, quite hidden away from the centre but was walkable to the Bund and Nanjing Road. Overall the staff tried their best but still left a sour taste after such high expectation
