Hotels Near Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street in Shanghai

Quite hard to communicate with the receptionist and staff at the hotel, but some of them were really nice. Hotel room was small but clean, they change our towel every day. Breakfast is the same menu for almost everyday, but enough spread from rice, noodles, wonton, bread, coffee. Location very convenient, near east nanjing road metro station. Close to the bund.

This is a newly opened hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, and the service is very considerate. They took the initiative to help me choose a quiet room. The best thing is that you can see the Oriental Pearl Tower from the floor-to-ceiling window! ! ! Highly recommended, super cost-effective! ! It also introduces the hotel and nearby tourist guides. There are rich varieties of breakfast combining Chinese and Western styles, and you can see the lotus roof from the breakfast room window. I came to Shanghai with my boyfriend. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Daimaru Department Store and only a 5-minute walk to the Bund International Buildings. There is also free 24-hour self-service laundry and gym on the fourth floor. You can also see the Oriental Pearl Tower from the gym, which is amazing. Doing yoga facing the Oriental Pearl Tower is super awesome! Recommended check-in!

Location: Superb. Just a 2min walk from Nanjing East MRT station and Pop Mart. We chose this hotel as we needed a short walking distance to MRT to get to Pudong Airport. Traffic can be quite bad so we didn’t want to get stuck taking a cab. Service: very fast and efficient. In wee hours 12am+, I had a few requests - asking for cotton buds, to help me with a new room key card, etc. I was served really quickly. There was only 1 staff at reception but she was capable and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Self service laundry was good! It has 2 sets of washers and dryers and also provide free detergent. Dryer was strong to dry all our clothes well! Bedroom: Clean and neat. We had twin single beds and were fine as our children are quite young to share beds with us. Comfortable stay. They have special teapot set which occupies our children in making tea for us. Staff: Honest with integrity. I left my earrings in the room and checked out. Thought they will be lost but I returned to the hotel and staff managed to find and give them back to me. Thank you so much! Breakfast: Simple local food (can do without or go opposite for MacDonald breakfast). Quick fix was ok for us as we needed time to pack our luggage and heading home. Overall, a great stay experience and we will return. Convenience + super clean room = 👍👍 A suggestion will be to allow guests to control the aircon. Even the weather is cold, we prefer to have our room cold instead of warm. The system was centralised and it didn’t allow us to change it. We felt abit hot when at night.

The location of this hotel is right at the pedestrian street and a short walk to the bund. There’s many shopping and dining options in the area. Staff was super nice and a great help. On our second day our cold water stopped working so it was a bit difficult to shower or brush our teeth because it was burning. The beds are so comfortable and the heater works nicely as well. I would definitely stay again. The image is the Pearl Tower as you exit the hotel and walk towards the bund.

The hotel is located in very good location, so convenient to travel and easy to access by metro and taxi/Didi. The room is spacious with great amenities and facilities. Breakfast is great and full with selections that you can enjoy. Staff are very nice and welcome. Definitely recommend and will come back.

The room was very clean and very big. The front desk checked in very quickly and the service was very warm. I will stay here again next time. I strongly recommend it! !

Budget-friendly accommodation but yet the service and the location are great. The place is a few hundred metres away from the Bund and the Nanjing East train station - which means very handy to visit the tourists spots. Also the facility is clean and comfortable. They provided a disposal towel to use as well.

Lovely hotel on East Nanjing road right at Metro line 2 exit 4. The room is on the smaller side but still very comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the mattress is very comfortable, not hard. The location is very convenient near many shops and restaurants. The hotel has many amenities to enjoy. The highlight is definitely the breakfast sporting an abundance of delicious dishes.

Location was super excellent!! Hotel is located at Nanjing Road close to The Bund, shopping mall, restaurants and take around 5 mins walk to subway. Staff was really helpful even though they can’t speak English. Our room is on the high floor without elevator access they carried our luggage to our room. I booked the specific room type (queen bed with memory foam mattress) so, the mattress was very comfortable. The room quite clean and comes with the window. Bathroom is separate for shower room and toilet room.

Everything is just perfect! Less than 5 min walk from subway and bus station, lots of food options nearby, very accessible to everything! Cleanliness: from room to toilet, to reception, to everywhere, is just super clean!! Staffs: THEY ARE ALL SUPER FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING!!! They always smile and feel happy to help me for real! I've never experienced this kind of treatment when I was staying in other places. Amenities: they have a bar just around the reception area where you can mingle with others, they even have gym, peaceful rest area (for introverts) and laundry for free!! Their restrooms are huge inside, toilet room, and shower room are separated inside, and of course everything is clean! They provide every thing you need upon checking in, from indoor slippers, toothbrush, covers, and disposable towels and the locker for your bags fit perfect for my huge backpack. Overall: I'll definitely always stay here everytime I travel near Nanjing in Shanghai.
