I stayed for one night, and had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff quickly checked me in and my room and bathroom were spotless. There's even a retractable clothesline in the shower, if you need that. I ordered room service and was very pleased. It came in under 30 minutes, and was pretty tasty. My only concern was that the tea/coffee set strangely had no spoons or anything to stir with, but otherwise, no complaints from me. I would definitely stay here again, if I need a quick hotel room near to the Hongqiao Railway Station.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is good. There is a lot of food around. There is a skewers izakaya opposite. It is about 1.2 kilometers away from the subway station, about 15 minutes on foot. The parking lot now charges 20 yuan/day. Most importantly, this price is very cost-effective, and it is worth recommending.

I had an early 9am flight so I stayed at the Hyatt. The walk to the airport was about 20 minutes. Very easy! Breakfast started at 6am. Easy check-in and the hotel room was very comfortable. I would recommend the hotel if you have an early morning flight.

Hotel staff checked me in and hotel was locked down shortly afterwards. It was clear many guests already knew as many were waiting outside. When I asked staff when they knew about lockdown they gave many different answers including 8 O’clock. I was asking the question before 8 O’clock. They can’t help the lockdown, but their first instinct being to lie when asked a straight forward question angered me and that fact alone may cost them my ongoing business. I have used this hotel before some staff are good and some are awful to the point of making you angry. On this occasion both were on display.

very modern hotel with an own bar just right in front of a big shopping mall. Hotel is really clean and one of the most modern places I have seen in China so far. Location is a little bit hard to find but if you get to the place you wont be disappointed.its pretty well connected to the city center just o front of the shopping mall is a metro station. Staff speaks chinese and english and is really helpful. the hotel has even an own bar and a small terrace for sitting. I remember having there a good time and I would always when i come back to Shanghai stay there again.

The hotel is located around 4 km from the end station of line 2 (East Xujing) at the NECC. When arrived, there were flies in the bathroom and the breakfast was not really nice. The hot dishes were cold, as the equipment was broken, so was the coffee machine. All is self-service. During breakfast they come with a trolley full of dirty dishes to the table to clean. The supervisor is just pushing the staff, but not doing anything to reset the tables for the next customer. After mentioning the issues to Trip.com and the hotel, the FO manager Bob had a good service recovery and upgraded my room. The rest of the stay was without any incidents.
