A lovely hotel, well located within walking distance of Jingan Temple and several good eateries. Staff are friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble! Rooms are a nice size with plenty of amenities, and I had a lovely view of the Bund. Breakfast offers plenty of options for all dietary requirements.

We would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is very stylish and the food is always fresh. Not to mention the comfortable beds. Stayed at this boutique hotel during lockdown in Shanghai, the staff are very friendly helpful and try their best to help where possible at these difficult times. A clean hotel with very generous space in the room—I was upgraded for free which was a nice touch. The Rosemary toiletries, huge shower and tub, Nespresso machine, and free mini bar were all appreciated. The view (I was on the 9th floor) wasn’t the best but overall the room was excellent. I would definitely stay there again!

The location is very good. Just across the street of the Metro. You need to alight at hanzhong MRT and exit 10. After exit turn left and walk a lot the road you will see the hotel. Just across the small road. Room wise abit small, but all the necessary toiletries have. I was given a room near the highway so can hear the traffic. The sound proof are quite poor can hear room closing sounds. Overall if you are travelling alone and you only need the room for shower and sleeping. I think this location is good .

The room was nice and clean if a little bit small. If you are in the city and need a room close to everything, this is it. The hotel is In walking distance to the major shopping center and 15 minutes walk from the embassy. The star of this establishment is the service. The staff is kind and courteous. They also have a working robot which is always a plus. I would recommend to persons who want to explore this area and need an affordable place as well as those who come to do an interview at the embassy.

Clean and decent hotel for this price in a good location. Room was quite spacious and modern, with new furniture and bathroom. The stuff was helpful and can speak English. Stayed two times already and both times I'm very satisfied! It’s a good combination of price and quality in Shanghai.

The staff at the reception cannot speak fluent English, but they are very helpful and positive. They do their best to answer your questions. Very nice working area on the ground floor for business purposes. Chic design looks quite good. Location is perfect as its in walking distance to the famous West Nanjing Road and its metro station. On the other direction, if you want to walk a bit more, you can also reach to Hanzhong Road metro station. Rooms are relatively small, so if you travel as a family, you'd better check the room photos before booking this hotel. Also, specifically room 714, had dampness smell in the bathroom. I hope the management can find a way to fix it. I recommend this hotel to especially business and solo travelers.

I didn’t feel very satisfied with the room I originally booked. I upgraded to a round bed room. The round bed room is still very beautiful and the environment feels good. The most important thing is that it is very, very close to the Museum of Nature, 200 meters away in a straight line. There is also a subway nearby. Station, you can go to the science and technology museum, but personally feel that there are not many breakfasts nearby

This is a really comfortable apartment in a great location. Transportation to everywhere is made really easy with the West Nanjing Rd subway just across the street. There are 24h convenient stores and a large western supermarket nearby for grocery shopping. The inside is spacious and has a decent kitchen and a convenient set up of a bathroom, large closets, and 2 large bedrooms with king beds. We were here for a work trip and stayed for about a week and the amenities are complete to serve the apartment as a home away from home. The host is very responsive and accommodating and she also provides clear instructions for check-in/out and for the usage of all the equipment in the apartment. Thank you, Faye. Highly recommend and will come back again in winter to try out the floor heating!

I stayed for two nights and overall it was okay. It was pretty good and one of the top-ranked youth hostels in Shanghai. On the first day of my stay, I was surprised when they asked me for a 100 deposit, because many youth hostels and hotels in non-Shanghai areas did not charge a deposit. They confiscated the deposit and did not give me the room card. It was the staff who helped me. I swiped my card to enter the room (but after thinking about it, I understood that it is recommended to charge 30-50 if the room card is lost or damaged. I personally think it is unreasonable to be more expensive than the room rate). The check-in process here is relatively standardized, which is worthy of recognition. Valuables will be kept at the front desk, including free luggage storage after departure. The sink, shower room, and toilet are all separated. The overall hygiene is good and the cleaning is timely. It's pretty good. There are also many long-term tenants. Their belongings are too cluttered and some rooms are occupied. It would be best if we separate long-term tenants from short-term tenants as much as possible. Every staff member has a good attitude The store is on the second floor and there is no elevator. It is very difficult for girls to carry their luggage up. There is nothing we can do about it. The dining area, the table and the floor are very dirty. There is no place to eat all kinds of spicy peppers. Because there are not many dining tables, there is no choice. I suggest you take the time to clean more. Maybe the aunt is too busy to take care of it. I didn’t take a photo, I forgot, I sincerely leave a comment, I hope it can give you some reference. I wish the store a prosperous business and abundant financial resources.
