The hotel is conveniently located and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are friendly, nice and helpful. Just 2 things that caused certain inconveniences. 1. The staff took away the bath mat and forgot to replace a new one. 2. The door could not be closed tightly in the shower room and water did leak out of the door. Overall stay is satisfactory and I will stay again.

It is very close to the Shanghai Natural History Museum, Sihang Warehouse, and Shanghai Museum, and is within walking distance. Huanghe Road is right next to it, which is very convenient for traveling with children! The hotel's front desk service is thoughtful and meticulous, with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, which makes people feel warm. The service staff is professional and efficient, and responds to needs in a timely manner, which makes people feel at ease. The restaurant environment is elegant and comfortable, the dishes are exquisite and delicious, and the taste is unique, which makes people linger. This hotel really has first-class service and is impressive!

The hotel has a good value for money. The room was upgraded for free, which was a pleasant surprise. I felt really attracted. An'an at the front desk had a very good service attitude. Thumbs up 👍. The hotel has complete and comfortable facilities. I like it!

This is a very cute and cozy hotel, which has all the necessary for a comfortable stay during your visit to Shanghai. Standard rooms may be a little bit small for accommodation of 2 people but for 1 person it will be ok. Breakfasts were very delicious and the staff was friendly. The main advantage of this hotel is its location next to the main Shanghai sightseeing. It should be mentioned, that the hotel is very stylish and has a perfect overview roof.

It’s not to easy to find for a taxi driver, but it’s a wonderful quiet place to stay. The apartment was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds. The kids loved the billiard room downstairs. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke good english
