Hearing that there was an exhibition, an elderly person in the family, who was over 90 years old, sat on the sofa in the lobby for a long time, waiting to check in. At this time, the manager Jamie came up to ask us. Knowing that there were elderly people, he personally helped us to check in at the back office, reducing our waiting time. After that, he also helped us book afternoon tea and the Chinese restaurant in the evening. Special thanks to Jamie for his help, which made us feel that the service of your hotel is particularly humane and thoughtful. 特別贊 一家三口過來上海出遊 提前預訂了一件大床房 前台小姐姐特別Nice，入住時特別挑選了一間相對大一點的房間。無奈離電梯太遠，而我們帶着孩子行李又超多 不方便，於是跟前台協商，可否換一間近一點的房間。全程前台態度好，也在幫忙想辦法，遇到可能需要加價的情況還諮詢主管，主管更給力，直接幫我們破格升級了電梯旁邊的雙床房，大很多，也方便很多！很贊。過程中遇到的清潔工阿姨也都一個個態度好，服務好，我們整個上海行程都心情很愉快！特別贊！下次過來還入住這家。對了，5樓天台的洗衣機和烘乾機也特別贊哦

個人旅遊，自掏腰包在上海住兩天。房間價格150 - 200 ，老闆給升了商務房間，好像是這個名字。 整體來説，符合這個價位標準，設施齊全正常，房間大小適中，屋子裡有點煙味兒，房間隔音比較弱，不過也還好了。 周圍幾家按摩店都是300多一個小時，兩週前住在浦西的時候也做了兩次按摩，都是團購150-160一個小時，不清楚為啥這邊的要貴一倍多，
