Its decent hotel for its price. Staffs are nice and reply my request.nicely and very helpful. I did have a good sleep and refreshing shower. Airport shuttle runs almost once every hour. The hotel will be my top priority for next visit.

We have stayed at the Vienna Hotel near Shanghai Pudong Airport twice now, and it has been a great experience both times. The shuttle bus service is efficient and reliable, making airport transfers hassle-free. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a restful stay before or after a flight. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. Breakfast is quite good, offering a nice selection of food to start the day. A luggage scale in the lobby is a great touch for weighing bags before heading to the airport. The hotel also has a delivery robot that brings food and amenities directly to your room, which is a fun and convenient feature. Additionally, there are shops, restaurants, and a supermarket just a few minutes away, making it easy to grab essentials or a meal nearby. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable, making it a great value for an airport hotel. Whenever we fly from Shanghai, this will continue to be our go-to stay. Highly recommended!

It is a good hotel when you want to be as close as much to Shanghai Pudong Internation Airport. Do inform the reception in advance for the free shuttle bus drop off service (hourly frequency). The room is decent for a one-night stay with breakfast. However, if your flight is early, they will not help to pack for you like some other hotels.

The room was clean, new, and good value for the price. The hotel is located near Pudong Airport and offers a shuttle service, but the shuttles are infrequent, not every hour. At certain times, there’s only one shuttle per hour, so you need to manage your time carefully. What was disappointing was when I spoke to the hotel and told them I was running to the pickup point at 2 AM. The bus left right in front of me, and I was less than 15 seconds late. The driver of the next shuttle saw me running and waving from a distance but didn’t inform the departing bus. The hotel staff I spoke to also didn’t help by notifying the driver. This made me waste another hour waiting. It was really frustrating. It might be better to find a hotel with more frequent shuttle services.

Room was super clean and tidy, it was a very comfortable stay. No complimentary water though. Had a shuttle service to Disneyland but we opted to go in our own time, location is close to Disneyland regardless. Service was good, staff brought our bags to our room, though our hotel room was in a seperate building so you will need to walk to the main building if you want to speak to the front desk, but they spoke English very well. Hotel is also close to a shopping centre where you can get food easily.

We were really happy with this extremely affordable hotel near Shanghai Disney. Fast and regular shuttles to and from the park are easy to use. Don't forget to join the wechat shuttle group so that you can see where they will be meeting guests. The hotel generously gave extra towels and water. The location though near to Disney is off a rural one way street. Keep in mind there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby (unless you walk 40 mins to disney town)

Staffs are responsive, rooms are clean. Free shuttle from airport every 30 mins pass the hour, but need to call beforehand so that the hotel can ensure you are pickup.

The hotel's hardware facilities are very complete. The gym equipment is professional, there is also a self-service laundry room and a reading area. The desk is spacious, with plenty of sockets and USB ports, which is good news for business people. The water pressure is high, the hot water is stable, and the shower room has an anti-slip design. The details are perfect! The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the duvet is light and warm, making it very comfortable to sleep on and I can sleep soundly until dawn. The doors and windows of the room are very well sealed, and you can't hear the footsteps in the corridor or the elevator at all. The walls are well soundproofed, and the sound of the TV and conversation next door is completely isolated. The double-layer soundproof glass effectively blocks the noise from the road traffic. You can sleep until you wake up naturally. Qiaoer at the front desk is very thoughtful, and the night shift waiter will consciously lower the volume of his speech. The details are in place! For the price, this hotel was great - room was large, clean and provided simple necessities. You can control the room temperature. Location was perfect for us, arriving via Pudong Airport and departing via a Didi to Shanghai International Resort stop on the Shiyu line to Hongqiao Railway station. There is a nearby mall with everything you need. Breakfast was provided but it’s not very good - things were a bit cold. TV was large but unless you have the correct apps you only had one channel to watch, everything else was locked on the TV box (the free selection was not that good). There was one washing machine and one dryer. Staff helped us remove the items when people left their clothes unattended. You can book shuttles to Disneyland but I did not use this service. Overall not bad - amazing price so can’t ask for more!

The room was large and comfortable. Seeing that we were a family of three, we were upgraded to a family room for free. The hotel parking lot is really large and can be accessed at any time. It is highly praised. It is 6 kilometers away from Disneyland. There is a free shuttle bus, which is convenient and safe. The breakfast is also varied, delicious and convenient. It is the best choice for accommodation when visiting Disneyland.
