Shanghai is an attractive city for travelers, but it was especially inconvenient because Alipay was limited. After taking a taxi, Alipay was not available due to roaming, which was very inconvenient, but Alex of Yi Hotel solved the problem by paying with his Alipay. He left a deep impression on our family with his unexpected huge kindness. Except for smoking on the street, Shanghai will be remembered for its delicious food, sincere kindness, and honest and sincere people. Once again, thank you to Alex and the hotel staff.

Beautiful hotel with well designed lobby and rooms. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Jing An. Staff are super professional, very attentive and look after you well. One downside is a fundamental for a hotel, we didn’t get one good nights sleep. The beds are great but the room was too warm, even in early spring when the temperature was still low outside. However, the air con was very loud, even on low setting, so to sleep you either had the noise or it was too hot. One night there was also very loud road construction noise from outside from 3-5am. It’s a city, so this happens but other hotels in Shanghai that we’ve been to before seem to make it their business to know and take proactive measures in like informing and apologizing to guests in advance, putting guests in rooms away from the noise, or at least providing earplugs.

I've stayed at this outstanding hotel on my first visit and I come back again to spend more time because it's such a great experience to be at the Metropark Jichen Hotel Shanghai. I was welcomed by a great staff Iris who upgraded my room and took every chance to make my stay very enjoyable and comfortable. This amazing hotel is located in the heart of Shanghai convinatly close to everything you are looking for. The rooms are so clean and tidy. very amazing staff. The breakfast is outstanding and you can find so many delicious recipes and dishes. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers and will definitely come back again.

The hotel was clean, professional and well located. The bar/cafe had very good and unique coffees, while the beers were also dime a dozen. The room itself was comfortable and refreshing in the Shanghai heat. Our room had a window and the view was beautiful, with luscious greenery in the surroundings. Would stay again.

This Citadines hotel is our first Family Trip hotel in Shanghai city. HOTEL Location wise is a very good choice and quite convenient at Yan an West road due to lots of foods and shopping malls surround as well as short distance to the Bond Wai Tan. We love to come back and visiting Shanghai again! Cheers😀

We love making use of this hotel when we visit Shanghai. This weekend was extra special because we attended the Formula 1 Grand Prix. The hotel was located close to the subway station, which made commuting to and from the Shanghai circuit very easy.

First I would like to give thanks to the hotel staff being so helpful and friendly. Location: city centre 50mt. From subway station. Breakfast: Great, Excellent.from 7 - 12 AM ! Service: excellent Environment: friendly and very nice decoration. Can keep your pat's , it's great! night dumplings dinner from 10 to 11 PM. Free ! I am extremely satisfied.

Well, a pretty good one. Their service is awesome. We had a couple of incidents -our first room smelled really really bad after the first night. But they solved it really fast and upgraded our to a better room. They also have free laundry which I really appreciated.
