Facilities: They have a washing machine with a dryer, which I didn't get to try as I arrived quite late this time. The TV offers live broadcasts with 30 channels, including major networks, which was sufficient. All necessary shower amenities are provided, along with both disposable and bathroom slippers. The showerhead even features multiple spray settings. The WiFi speed wasn't great, which might be related to the high occupancy – I noticed a lot of international guests during my stay. Service: They offer a parcel receiving service, but it seems they handle a lot of deliveries, so it's best to know what your package looks like to help them find it faster. The breakfast provided for airport transfers was sufficient to fill up on, with options like fresh eggs that you can fry yourself, freshly ground coffee, congee, siu mai, and fresh fruit. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was satisfactory. Environment: The area downstairs is packed with small restaurants, so you'll never go hungry, no matter the hour. Pudong Airport Shuttle Service: They offer a scheduled minibus shuttle to Pudong Airport; during regular hours, just contact them in advance, and it generally runs once an hour. The airport drop-off is a shared coach service with other hotels. It departs each hotel at XX:40 and arrives at the terminal on the hour. Make sure to manage your time accordingly. It drops off at Terminal 1 first, then Terminal 2. Disneyland Shuttle: I didn't get to try the Disneyland shuttle this time. My original plan was to arrive by 3 PM and use the free shuttle to scout the area a day beforehand, but my travel schedule was delayed. Maybe next time if the opportunity arises.

The hotel is pretty close to Disneyland, which is great for easy access. It can get a bit cold at times, and the room isn’t soundproof, so you can hear the fireworks and even catch a glimpse of them from the window. Overall, a good stay with a great location!they also offer free transportation to Disneyland if you wake up really early.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Clover. The hotel is conveniently located close to both Shanghai Disneyland and the airport, which makes traveling very easy. They also provide a shuttle service, which is really helpful. The room was clean, and well-maintained. The price is quite reasonable considering the quality and convenience. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Given Shanghai's recent hot and humid (sauna-like) weather, having a washer-dryer available for daily laundry was a huge bonus and greatly enhanced our trip quality. They offer a good variety of room types, and I definitely recommend checking it out. There was a pleasant herbal scent, and we didn't encounter any mosquitoes. The staff were very friendly. For anyone still considering, I highly suggest booking a stay here! They provide free shuttle services to the airport and Disneyland, and parking is also complimentary. The BnB was very clean, and the location is perfect for anyone visiting Disneyland. They offer free Disneyland drop-off and pick-up service, as well as airport transfers, which is super convenient. The property is also very family-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers with kids. The team showed great hospitality throughout my stay. There’s also a pool and a breakfast room, and the breakfast was lovely. The lady in the kitchen is very kind, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. It was also very convenient to order food through *******, and the bus stop is just 5 metres from the BnB. I truly enjoyed my entire stay. The room was exactly as described in the pictures. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was such a thoughtful touch that really enhanced our trip. Even better, the hotel offers free shuttle transport to Shanghai Disneyland—a huge convenience that saved us time and money. The shuttle was punctual, clean, and made the Disneyland experience even more enjoyable. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Location-wise, the hotel is in a quiet and safe area, yet it is still very convenient for reaching key attractions. The value for what we received was outstanding.

Very cozy and homely definitely my kind of bedroom - so much so that i laze around for half a day before head out. Owner super friendly and welcoming, definitely a Jay chou fans based on the little quotes design added to every corner of the homestay - i like it ! Very thoughtful that they even provide bath bomb and rose petal for bath tub and most importantly earplugs, no more soundproofing issue, what an awesome place to stay but sadly only booked a night ! A secluded hidden gem that i highly recommend.

The room is very unique, with a glass roof, which the children love very much. When you open your eyes in the morning, you can see the beautiful morning glow, and you can see the sunrise while lying on the bed. With the desolate notes outside the window and the tranquility of the countryside, it is a great experience... The boss is very enthusiastic

When going to Disneyland Shanghai, I highly recommend this property for locals and foreigners. The process to check in was easy and very straightforward. We rented the bunk bed room for our Elsa crazed daughter. Immediately upon entrance to the room, she enjoyed every moment of her weekend here. Going to the park was a breeze with their own private shuttle. They have a WeChat group that helps you navigate inside and outside of the park. They offer private guided tours for a discounted price. They also offer very affordable stroller rentals which was such a blessing for a 27,000 step day at Disney. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a magical experience with an affordable price.

booked one of the room, forgot to check out the toilet photos. upon arrival, realized that the toilet was just a toilet bowl size with the shower head in the same space. i can’t. so paid more to upgrade the room. so, i would probably have chosen another hotel. airport transfer is only at a certain time. i guess the good is, they provide transport to and fro disney, but other hotels provide that too.
