I appreciate the cleaning products like shampoo are orange flavoured well matched with hotel theme. Hotel decorations are modern and artsy, toilet seat is warm!!! That’s genius in winter!!! The staff are welcoming even janitors are nice. We enjoy the breakfast buffet so much, in particular the young kid due to the yogurt, he drank a lotttt. And also the salad!

The hotel is conveniently located and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are friendly, nice and helpful. Just 2 things that caused certain inconveniences. 1. The staff took away the bath mat and forgot to replace a new one. 2. The door could not be closed tightly in the shower room and water did leak out of the door. Overall stay is satisfactory and I will stay again.

I booked 4 nights in Dec2023. As it was winter, the entire hotel's aircon cooling system was turned off and switched to heating mode. There is no cooling mode in all the rooms. We were unfamiliar with the aircon settings and this resulted in our room becoming hot as a sauna. We slept on top of our blankets and were drenched in sweat in the middle of the night. Luckily for the 24 hours front desk, we called for help at 2am. They were cheerful and responsive and even sent someone up to our room and brought us a fan to circulate the air. And when an empty room was available the next day, they gave us an upgrade to a larger room with a much better air circulation. Despite paying only a fraction of the price of a big brand hotel (like Hyatt, Marriott or ), the service we received at JinJiang is on par or better. All the staff speak English and are attentive and eager to please. If things go wrong, let them know and give them a chance to rectify. I highly recommend this hotel for the excellent location and impeccable service. Thank you JinJiang Metropolo hotel for making my stay in Shanghai so enjoyable despite having almost no sleep the first two nights. Great location to visit the Bund, Yun Garden and City God Temple anytime. Booked the family suite room as a first timer. The room has two beds, enough space for up to 4 person and a living room. Room facing Landmark view (a sculpture). Top notch bidet toilet bowl, automatic closure and opening plus heating of the pad. Down side is the room was stuffy and hot during cold season. Heating system is centralised and the most the hotel staff can do is to provide an additional fan in the room to help with the ventilation. Presume this will the problem of most hotel who use centralised heating/cooling system. Staff is accommodating when you ask for their help. Standard of service is acceptable for me.

Great experience! The location is within walking distance to the bund and nanjing pedestrian street. Everywhere is easy to access by taxi. The service was fantastic and staff were all very welcoming and friendly. We requested to change rooms for more space which were happy to assist us with. Breakfast was great with many options. You can easily order food online and they have a little robot that delivers it to you room. There is a small gym and laundry service as well. You simply drop off your clothes and they can wash and dry, and fold it for you. Very responsive staff. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

The art deco interior is beautiful, the staff are very helpful, and the hotel is conveniently situated close to the Bund and all the delights of Nanjing Road. My only criticism is the temperature. Even in December, with the windows open, the room was too hot. We had to ask for an electric fan.

Have to say this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in! ! ! The hotel has an elegant environment and a strong sense of design! The mattress is very comfortable and I slept beautifully all night. The front desk male staff are friendly and friendly. The only downside is that the car parked at the door blocked me from pulling my luggage into the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall it's pretty good and highly recommended! ! ! 👍👍👍

As soon as we arrived from our evening flight, the hotel front desk staff was very attentive and quickly prepared us for check-in and room rest. The room is warm and comfortable like home. The hotel has many breakfast options. The lobby manager was responsible for storing our luggage and guiding us in picking up our luggage. Excellent location! required

Ji hotel has great location, right beside daimaru dept store and hongyi plaza. Walking distance to the bund. We stayed at family room (1 double + 1 single). Room is cleaned daily but only the floor, the bed isn’t made at all during our 4 night stay. They only clean the floor and replace towel. Hotel is non smoking but you can clearly smell cigarette smell in the hallway and bathroom. I suspect people upstairs or downstairs smoke in the bathroom. Free laundry in the first floor. Lack of basic amenities (toothbrush must ask the receptionist). Receptionists know little to no English, some are not very friendly.
