I initially booked 4 days stay at this hotel, on my 2nd day I found out they never changed bed sheets after previous guests and toilet was not cleaned as well. I gave them a chance and they moved me to another room, and I asked lobby manager Kevan who was very nice to make sure it’s clean room. Unfortunately it was not and I had to leave hotel earlier. I would not be looking to stay there again with such low level of cleanliness. Breakfast was good and not expensive. Location is good.

We had a wonderful stay at the courtyard marriot xujiahui. A great location for access to line 1 (for the bund area) but also for line 11 for shanghai disneyland. The service was excellent and very clean. Would stay again next time we are in Shanghai

No any English in the hotel, note it if it is important for you. Everything rest was good. Spent almost month here. Breakfast is absolutely not western. Has some options of soup and noodles, but is hard to understand how to use it and order it and what is it, haha. Breakfast time ends early, but is usual for China. Little gym, laundry - you can wash and dry your clothes. Nice location, different metro lines nearby. Little shopping mall with very good supermarket. Nice toilette😁

If you want a quiet area where you can walk leisurely and relax from the hustle and bustle of life, Hengshan Garden Hotel is for you. There are plenty of nice restaurants around the area and a short walk to the park. The service especially the concierge and the cleaning aunties are most significant as they are friendly and most willing to render assistance. I will consider coming here again in Autumn for the scenic tree lined street.

My family and I recently stayed at Yitel Premium Hotel for a total of 9 nights during our trip to Shanghai. Initially, we spent 3 nights here before travelling to other provinces. We enjoyed our stay so much that when we returned to Shanghai we chose to stay for another 6 nights. The hotels location is very convenient, with the subway station right across the street, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We would like to give a special recognition to Xiao Yu (小鱼) for his exceptional assistance throughout our visit. His helpfulness truly enhanced our stay.  The next time we visit Shanghai, Yitel Premium will definitely be our top choice. Highly recommend!!

Entire hotel is modern and prettily designed. Location is accessible to many malls around the corner and there's a beautiful St Ignatius Cathedral next to it. Many amenities provided. Front desk also gave a set of children amenities - toothbrush set and child-size bedroom slippers. Didn't realize till too late but tea with snacks were free for guests at a certain timing and there was supper provided also from 9.30pm till late - chef preparing noodles that you prefer and select on your own from a variety of ingredients and choices. Very homely gesture yet warming for guests. Reason I found this was it was pretty close to the Shanghai South Railway station. The concierge and front desk manager helped us locate a taxi in the rain because Didi couldn't locate one. Everything was smooth and comfortable. Would highly recommend and will stay again when w get a chance.

It’s so nice hotel, clean and quiet! Specially Mr. July very charming, professional guy, when we asked to extend the check out time, he understood and accepted to extend check out time! We are happy to stay in this hotel, and sure will come next time!

I stayed here three times in a row every time i am back to shanghai for work, i will always stay in Xuhui especially at Hauxia Holiday inn and this is because of the comfort i get while stay at it, the service is amazing including the concierge, the staff the front desk, there is a delivery center which can help you collect your packages and food, BOB huang showed great service and gifted me with cards which can be exchanged for drinks and fruits, Jeddi zhang helped me with my luggages with a big smile in his face, and Zhnag jizhe afforded me with a beautiful view while choosing a room, there is a well equipped 24 h laundry room and gymnasium, i always and will stay here, if you have work to do in Xuhui, stay at huaxia, metro station is very close which gives you access to many spots in the city,

I am surprised that the rooms are well maintained. The room is clean and furniture new and well maintained. I appreciated that they arranged that I need not change room as I added another night to my package. I was delighted with the policy of free soft drinks for first round per day! The amenities could be better topped up eg shower and hand soap. However, I like it that they have disposable, comfortable and durable slippers. On last stay day, they offered to call a cab for us and concierge on duty on 15 May at about 7pm proactively helped us with the luggages. Variety of foods at breakfast could have more options and cover fave more eats in Shanghai. I am amused by the robots that can bring up the takeaways to the room. Dyson hair dryer dries hair fast for better sleep. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. I would use this hotel again.
