5/5 – Perfect Family-Friendly Stay in a Great Location We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and super helpful with our baby, making our family trip so much easier. Their kindness and willingness to assist truly stood out. The location is excellent – situated on a charming street filled with cozy cafes, lively bars, and cute boutiques. It was the perfect spot to explore the area while having everything we needed right nearby. We also appreciated the daily complimentary coffee and bottled water, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Beautiful room service staff. Friendly. Excellent location right opposite Shanghai Train Station. No bar fridge in my room and the room could do with some minor touch ups, but the value for money was terrific.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Our flight landed early in Shanghai at 4am and we reached the hotel at 6.20 am. Even though it was not check-in time and we didn't request for early check-in in advance, the receptionist kindly offered us a free upgrade to another room so that we can check in earlier at 10am. The room was spacious and had many amenities. Most importantly, we had a washing machine+dryer in our apartment, so doing the laundry was extremely convenient. It was a little run-down but overall still quite clean. The downside is that there's no breakfast buffet and food options are limited here. There's a shopping centre and metro station nearby but it's still a 10 mins walk.

Facilities: The facilities are a little dated, but very comprehensive. The hotel lobby has a unique character, and the air conditioning works great. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, and housekeeping was prompt. Location: Surrounded by major shopping malls and located right next to Jing'an Temple, with an abundance of fantastic dining options in the vicinity. Service: The service was undoubtedly the most impressive aspect of this stay; it was absolutely stellar and made for an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Campanile! 🌟 The room was very clean, the location was super convenient—just a short walk to the metro and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for travelers visiting Shanghai! 👌🧳

We stayed 2N at room 335 (10-12 May 2025). Room was spacious, clean and bright with 2 double beds for 3 of us. We slept well, beds were comfortable and air con, lightings all working fine. Quiet neighbourhood. Location was abt a 400-500m to Zhong Xing subway, A few convenient stores around the hotel where you can get drinks and snacks. A few small eateries within 150m.  We absolutely love the hotel, they have washers and dryers (including detergent) free for hotel guests and big fridge selling drinks and mostly important the counter staff are super friendly. They used their personal mobile phones to help order takeaways for me and ensured I’m informed when the delivery has arrived.  We have a comfortable stay at the hotel and I highly recommend this hotel. It is near to Shanghai railway station and famous Nanking road and within 10mins walk to a big shopping mall (大悦城). Special thanks to the housekeeping lady who cleaned our room daily.

Excellent location for downtown Shanghai. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, with popular tourist destinations within a short drive. Comfy bed and qualitu room as well. Great for a weekend stay in Shanghai.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my daughter and her friends. The hotel is clean and conveniently located, right near the subway entrance. You can also call Didi to pick you up in front of the hotel. Another thing that impressed me the most was the service of the hotel. I would like to commend the hotel staff named Chris and Lumi. Because on the last day we had to go to the airport, we forgot our bag in the didi car. Both staffs helped to contact the didi call center and helped to call the driver using their own mobile number until we were able to get the bag back just in time to catch the plane. I was very impressed and would like to thank both of them very much. If I have a chance to come back to Shanghai again, I will definitely stay at UrCove by HYATT Shanghai Jing’an again. The hotel is incredible, breakfast is great, providing both local and Western cuisine. Jacuzzi and sauna works from 7AM, making it a great morning ritual! Special thanks to administrator Mr. Leon, who was very helpful, caring and professional. I arrived late at night and he welcomed me with much attention and made my stay smooth and unforgettable. Mr. Leon and all team service is truly of the highest quality. Thank you Mr. Leon for the great 5 star experience at Kun Lun hotel. Best recommendation!

I gotta say big thx for all guys that work there. Stuff was awesome and very helpful. Accommodation is super duper cool It’s totally worth it to live there If you wanna spend BEST time in Shanghai you must choose BLINQ hotel but if you don’t then live somewhere else Enormous greeting from Russia
