it was one of the best hotels I ever stayed! the ambiance, service, location were all great! I’d stay here again when I visit Shanghai again 😍

Close to SHOAC, SH museum (East) and Century Ave subway. Very good breakfast with different items every day. Id recommend a room not facing the street  Lily at reception was very helpful and kind

The room space is huge and the In room amenities are algreat with filtered coffee and tea every day

All room and service is very nice. Only the restaurant for breakfast floor is oily need to clean up.

During our recent stay at the Crystal Orange Hotel in Lujiazui, Shanghai, we found the hotel to be a blend of modern design and comfort. For us, the walk was manageable, but it's something to consider when planning your stay. One area that could benefit from improvement is the customer service, particularly at the front desk. Interactions with staff were somewhat impersonal, and a warmer, more welcoming approach would enhance the guest experience. Additionally, the free laundry service, while a great perk, was sometimes hindered by guests occupying the machines for extended periods. On several occasions, we were unable to use the facilities after waiting for over an hour, as some guests left their clothes unattended. Addressing this issue could improve the overall convenience for all guests. In summary, the Crystal Orange Hotel offers modern accommodations with a few areas for improvement. It's a suitable choice for travelers who appreciate design and comfort but may not be ideal for those seeking a centrally located hotel with immediate access to public transportation.

Super long lobby and can get lost. The whole hallway is called the lobby. I was at one end, and my friend was waiting for me on the other end. It is a thousand meter long lobby. Lobby drinks well too expensive. RMB 80 for a bottle of water. Staff can be better trained to be more sensitive. They were at the door staring at me when I was carrying my large luggage. They should have at least helped open the door. Dumb robotic coffee machine did not work. I have tried for 15 minutes. Other staff service was ok. Nothing friendly
