所謂的公寓，是破舊弄堂樓棟樓梯底部的倉庫來的環境可想而知；嚴重的黴臭味，展示圖片也跟實景天差地別，各位好自為之！

老居民樓複式loft，不怎麼隔音，裝飾還可以，衞生待加強，床上挺多黑黑的不知道是毛絮還是蟲子，沙發也臟臟的，設施齊全，如圖有個很尷尬的點，

位置很好找，進了南門走十幾步就到了，交通便利，打車方便

一個在市內鬧中取靜，乾淨衞生，服務周到，回覆即時的管家管理的房子，騎車，地鐵，吃飯，便利超市，都很方便。
房東，管家考慮十分周到，給的指引圖片，找到房子，很準確。包括:Wi-Fi密碼，每次換房（我這次在上海一住就是15天，因為來異地求醫的，也不確定什麼時候可以行程結束，沒有提前續費，房子就被網上鎖了，聯繫管家，她會協調的，其他房子）時，門密碼鎖，都會及時更新。
管家回覆信息也很及時，哪怕是業績9點多，10點那樣子都回你訊息。
這房子在這個位置，因為我們是來求醫的，離華山醫院騎車就8分鐘，走路就15-20分鐘，其他配套的周邊設施，阿姨收拾的衞生那麼乾淨，這個價位很經濟實惠了。
下次如果還在華山總院檢查，還會住這裏的

地段絕佳，價格便宜，房東對大小和格局提前打了預防針。整體入住體驗尚可，睡的舒服，能洗熱水澡，還可以投屏看劇。衞生的話不是特別乾淨吧，地上的沙發、沙發毯子有點臟，讓人不是很想坐在上面了，而且在床上躺了一會兒手臂就開始發癢，衹好穿着衣服褲子睡了一晚上。

地段特別好，很適合一個人來住。房間很粉紅，很温馨。房東也很好溝通，反應迅速，挺有個性。整體住下來唯一的缺點就是房間通風的窗口比較小，廁所有一點味道（但開了空調也可以忽略）。總體值得入住，性價比挺好。

先説缺點吧。房間確實小，尤其是轉不開身的衞生間。通風一般，老房子裏一點手機信號都沒有也可以理解。優點是位置很好，出行挺方便，走路出門就是老街區，周圍都是上海本地老居民，氛圍很好。總的來説還不錯
