There is a staircase utility room next to the front desk, and the hygiene is very poor. The location is also very remote. It takes 50 minutes to take a taxi to Hongqiao Railway Station. There are no cars nearby, and I waited for nearly half an hour to call a taxi. The front desk is part-time cleaners. It's like a family-run hotel, with no service.
