Fraser Place Wujiaochang Shanghai

Everything was fine, this is the second time i stay in this hôtel. The rooms are very large and clean, the staff is nice. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast was very generous. There is a also convenience store nearby the hotel. The metro is only 5 minutes on foot from the hotel.

The hotel is nice, clean and the Mr. Lemmy as receptionist is really helpfull during my stay.

They varied the foods selected for the buffet and I really liked that. I was also pleased, however, that they consistently offered bacon, eggs, and sausage as well as fruit and fresh vegetables. The entire place was always immaculately cleaned; the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning my room every single day. The weight room has enough for a full body workout. I was able to enjoy tea, juices, and water in the morning. The pool was never crowded and the second floor has the feel of a spa. There was always enough seating for guests in the breakfast area and they start breakfast early which is great if you are working and need to be someplace by 9:00AM. The entire staff at the reception desk was polite, efficient, and deeply forgiving when I arrived without a word of mandarin. Many will open the door for you when you arrive, there are umbrellas to take with you if it rains and its easy to get to local malls (like the five corners) by train. the hotel is in a quiet residential area and the whole area is super quiet. People fished in the stream just 500 feet from the grounds and there is a running/walking path too. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable; there is so much storage space and I loved that the room came with a fridge and a microwave so I did not need to always leave if I wanted to eat (grocery store in the mall next door!!).

Good place to stay and warm service

Location is good. Staff was very helpful despite language issues. They have been very kind people. I will go back again next time I visit Shanghai.

Very big and nice rooms! Clean! Would recommend staying here!
