A special shout out to our butler, Ms. Penny. Thanks for your warm welcome and kind arrangement. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel location is strategic, and the view of the bund was breathtaking. We enjoyed our breakfast very much, sumptuous selection. The staff made us feel extremely welcome the hotel is lovely and has charming character - special mention to the lovely Betty from the front desk who’s customer service and attentive nature was a blessing - looking forward to my next stay here - ps my daughter loved the kids toothpaste but she kept saying you were supposed to give us a gift but I don’t recall seeing this anywhere? Perhaps you can make it up to her on our next stay

Appreciate the extra touch in the bedroom to make our anniversary night special. The hotel is placed along Suzhou creek and easy walk to the bund. Spacious rooms.

The best ever bund view hotel Shanghai I have seen.
The front disk manager was so kind and give me best room better than I expected thank you I will probably try it again

Best hotel for celibate birthday 🥳 Thanks for provided cake 🎂 Great view, luxury surroundings, Bluetooth speaker, nice gym and hot springs pool. Breakfast good for foreigners.
