A gorgeous hotel renovated from a mansion. The place has a modern yet rustic feel to it while also being extremely comfortable and convenient as there’s a metro right next to it. Service was amazing

Excellent place, clean and beautiful. Location can’t be better, walking distance to The Bund and you have the subway just outside of the hotel. The lady from the front desk super nice.

We stayed here with our cats on our way out of the country for the last time. It was a great experience. The room was clean and well kept and our animals were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Jinspecial is special! I stayed in the loft: a very spacious room, great atmosphere and moreover comfortable. The staff is very helpful, nice and forthcoming. The location of the hotel is okay: accessibility is good with also a subway station across the street. In the neighborhood I found good restaurants but don’t expect the fancy ones. I will definitely stay in the Jinspecial when I will visit Shanghai again. In short, this hotel is highly recommended!

This is truly a beautiful and unique hotel that gives a great taste of the old Shanghai Style and glamour, currently a bit of construction noise so be prepared for a 7am alarm clock.

The house is a renovation of an old house from the Republic of China period, and it has a very old Shanghai style. The hotel is located in a bustling area. Although the front door is relatively small, the interior is a different world, small and exquisite, very good.

The butler's service attitude is very good, and it's next to the subway. The only thing that was a bit confusing was the central air-conditioning, if any guests wanted heating then you should have no air-conditioning.
