The apartment is big and nice, you will find shops nearby to do your groceries, the only problem is that it is too far

It’s newly renovated. But I booked a duplex so the rooms were on the 2nd floor but the toilets were on the first. Kinda regret booking a duplex. Hard to find the ‘entrance’ of the apartment as it’s not a hotel, have to call the number. But overall very value for money.

This homestay has a front desk!!! The boss's service is very considerate. I stayed here for a total of ten days. The sanitary environment is good. More importantly, there is the Lingang Medium Capacity Line 1 at the door. It feels like the most convenient bus to travel in Lingang. The transportation here is very convenient.

After staying for two days, the experience was very poor. It was late on the day of check-in, and the water heater had to wait for a while to heat up before it could be used. There were stalls in the food festival night market downstairs, and there were garbage and cigarette butts everywhere. During the stay, no one cleaned the room and changed the garbage bags and towels. The table and chairs in the room were all dusty, and the quilt and pillowcase were yellow. I will not come here again.

Overall, it's okay, a famous duplex apartment. The disadvantage is that the air conditioner downstairs is too loud, which affects sleep; because it is not a gas shower, you have to wash it quickly; the bed is too hard.
