Hotel is very new with modern facilities, room is nice too. Receptionist was kind to give me one free laundry pod for washing my clothes!

Room is modern, spacious and clean. Location is great too, less than 800m walk to TaiKooLi, a luxurious mall with beautiful architecture. Hotel provides drip coffee and TWG teabags. I was allowed late check-out at 2pm, which was nice! Would be better if the wash basin has warm water, hand washing and teeth brushing with icy cold water is quite a pain. Otherwise it was a great stay, loved the sofa area, floor to ceiling glass window and JBL speaker. The lobby is very colourful with lots of cozy spaces to sit.

Very modern and clean, super friendly staff, big room, excellent facilities (laundry and gym). Only downside was that the internet was a bit patchy, sometimes fine, sometimes slow.

Fantastic place, very clean, great service, catered for afternoon flight and allowed for 3pm checkout. Robot delivery service was serviceable, there should be a notification system

I have been in many hotels but the Artyzen surprised me in many levels. First the interior design is so comforting. I feel like I want to stay more but my time was not enough.
My 1st comment is the smell when going in the room for the first time. Maybe because the stuffs used for cleaning were not well washed. But after turning on the ventilation, the smell went away and gone.
My other comment is the noise at the back of the toilet bowl after flushing and refilling, there is a sudden shut of valve causing vibration for 3 seconds. This makes you unnecessary awake while sleeping.
Overall, I still would consider staying next time because I like the interior designing. It makes feel so relaxing.

On a very gray and wet weekend in Shanghai, the hotel was welcoming and very comfortable (plus they provided umbrellas for those walking from the hotel to areas nearby, which was nice!). Breakfast as always is generous and staff are polite, professional and approachable. The room was immaculate as it always is, and I always sleep really well when staying here . Overall another very pleasant stay in a hotel that is close to so many excellent locations (NYU Shanghai, Tai-koo-li shopping centre with its many restaurants and high-end shops etc.) and jump-off points for exploring Shanghai .
