The design of the homestay is not to pursue scale and luxury, but to create a pastoral style of "slow life" state, providing guests with warm family-style services. The homestay has three floors, 6 rooms and a 90 square meter hall. Meet with friends to party K songs, make a fire to cook, relax by the sea, take photos and punch cards, etc. I hope that all vips who come here to play can get a comfortable and self-satisfied feeling of coming and going home with pleasure. There are swings, flowers, children's slides in the courtyard, everywhere is a view, the room is quiet and clean, and the night view is a landscape. 超級滿意，房屋環境很好，很乾凈；房東一家人很熱情，鎮上東西不好吃晚上直接選擇買菜回來借了廚房自己做，房東阿姨還幫忙燒菜給做了八寶飯；走的時候還給我們帶了特產。下次來還住這裏～

地理環境極好，門前的小路與大馬路之間鑲嵌一條小河，晚上及其寧靜，據店家説河裡還有魚蝦，喜歡垂釣的好地方，聚興77民宿雖不大客房也不多，小三層但五臟俱全，曬衣大陽台棋牌室，濃濃崇明味的土灶頭，佈置精細，尢其是廚房間整潔明亮，廚房乾淨.，既是店家對自己的要求，也是對住客服務的高標，一家三口傳承當地傳統侍人樸實熱情，服務各盡其責，忙時有親友相助，閑聊時崇明鄉音至感貼近。店家門前有停車位，這對自駕者很友好，小團建的好選之地。

民宿老闆老闆娘以及他們的兒子，特別熱情，服務周到，房間也挺乾淨挺大的，民宿周邊生態特別好，老闆叔叔的手藝超讚，早餐以及我們提前預訂的晚餐都好吃，而且看我們帶了小孩子來，還特地在外面野溝裏給娃子撈了野生河蝦，真的很用心很感動！！！強烈推薦大家都在他家嚐嚐看午飯或晚飯，因為食材都是當天早上去買的，所以要提前一兩天預訂。三天兩夜的住宿體驗感很棒，會推薦給朋友。
