Very good after I changed rooms on my last night. Before that it was mediocre with a strong cigarette smell. Room on last night was excellent.

Good hotel. The name changed !!! But great location in the middle of Nanjing Road.

Room smelled terrible because of massive smoking, although it was a non smoker room. When I asked to change the room I was told that all rooms smell like cigarettes smoke, since people smoke on their rooms. Staff refused to cancel early.
