Location is excellent, room are clean however tv is not working. There is no dryer for clothes. reception as neutral as I do not have any interaction with them.
Common area looks deserted. no one take care of the common area.

Beside the location is at the heart of Nanjing road, there is no special reason to book this hotel. It is super convenient to get to the busiest street of Shanghai. For this price, you paying for the location and not for the comfort. Food selection nearby many choices to choose from.

Hidden gem in the buildings of Nanjing Road. It was hard to find at first but when you reached the lobby at the 7th floor, you will be surprised by the classic themed lobby. It was too nice for just a few hours stay during my 24 hour layover also the gaming seats and computers in my room which is surprisingly wide as well!

Super nice location, 5 min walking from line 2. The hotel was ok, te views not very good.
When we first got into the room, the smell of tobacco was horrible. It disapeared once the AC was on.
It was hard to find the entrance, same building as Zara.

Good hotel. The name changed !!! But great location in the middle of Nanjing Road.

Room smelled terrible because of massive smoking, although it was a non smoker room. When I asked to change the room I was told that all rooms smell like cigarettes smoke, since people smoke on their rooms. Staff refused to cancel early.
