Run, you silly roe deers! It's a pity that you can't give a negative score on Ctrip. This is the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. It is no exaggeration to say that it is a black hotel that defrauds guests: When we arrived at the location marked on Ctrip, we found that it was an old residential building with no signage at all. I contacted the store and sent me an address, which meant that their B&B consisted of several rooms scattered in different buildings in this community. OK, I accepted the vague message from the store, and when I arrived at the reservation location, I found that the door could not be opened. The store owner didn't explain clearly that he kept the key in a lockbox in an inconspicuous corner downstairs. Instead, he outrageously asked me to use the wire from the milk crate to pry open the door (Picture 1) Not only did he fail to pry open the door and hurt his hand, but the man in the building looked at him like he was looking at a thief and told him, "There are no B&Bs here. You must be here in the wrong place" (Picture 2) Finally, I looked through the customer reviews of this store, suddenly realized it, and left quickly. The whole communication process with the male customer service (probably the boss) kept on pushing the envelope and blaming the guest: you said the house was in poor condition and troublesome to move in, but he said don't be picky about the cheap house. If you can afford it, go and live in Hanting, which costs 400 to 500 yuan; He said that his service was poor and he had no guidance. He said that the guests themselves did not understand. Our B&B does not have a front desk and the guests have to help themselves (the attitude can be seen in Figure 3). It’s so magical, it’s hard to understand that such a black shop can be registered on Ctrip. Please don’t think about making do with it for one night, just leave as soon as you spit🤢

It was terrible. I arrived at the destination according to the Ctrip order, but they asked me to stay somewhere else, and it was different from what was on Ctrip. It was dirty, messy and terrible.

I was extremely disappointed. I made many phone calls in the middle of the night before someone answered. The first floor that I had agreed to stay on was not available. The condition of the room I found temporarily was worrying. Compared with the homestay I booked elsewhere later, the difference was too big. I hope the platform and the store will sort out the process so that travelers will not encounter similar situations when they arrive in the middle of the night.
