The room smelled bad when entering. The room was small. We stayed on the 10th floor. It was very noisy at 6am. It was close to the road and the noise from vehicles passing by was too loud. We couldn't sleep.

The hotel is really bad, it ruins the reputation of Huazhu Club. First of all, I stayed for four days, and the sheets and quilt covers were not changed once. Well, I assume that there is no sign of "please change". The hotel is frugal, and the staff did not change it because they were lazy. On the last day, I deliberately put the sign of "please change" on the bed. As a result, when I came back, they put the old one on the bed and removed the sign. Not changed! Why did they not change it even though I clearly said it needed to be changed? What does it mean? Then I gave feedback to the front desk. When I came back, I saw that it was changed, but the old one was directly placed on the TV cabinet. I want to ask what the hotel means, what does the room attendant mean? It's seven or eight o'clock in the evening, and you are not happy to change the sheets and quilt covers? Deliberately disgusting me? I booked a room for more than 600 yuan, and this is the experience! Oh, by the way, they placed the renewal order in advance every day, and knocked on the door the next day to ask about check-out!
