I booked this hotel for my mom during her trip from Shanghai to the US. The room was spacious, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely stay here again next time!

This hotel is very good for late flight and early flight due to is very close to airport. The hotel has airport pick up and drop off service, it may have some difficult because you need to call the hotel yourself and hotel staff speak Chinese only. For me i had add the hotel wechat and told them to chat wechat by phone.

Very friendly staff. Nice hotel. The room was clean and fresh. Towels, toothbrushes and water provided. Free shuttle service to the airport, 20 minutes ride. A bit far from the metro, Yuandong Avenue station, not walking distance, around 5-7 min by taxi. Overall a fantastic stay for 1 night. Couldn’t hear the planes at all, so had a good sleep.

Very poor sound proofing in the rooms, we could hear other guests and planes all through the night. The location is close to the airport but a little awkward to get to because of the highway and bridges.

The arrival to Shanghai was very cruel. The transit didn't work at all. I waited over an hour at the airport until I had to take a taxi myself and not even the taxi costs were reimbursed.

The only good thing was helpful reception.
Very complicated to arrange a pick up from the airport unable to call to a Chinese number. 25min from the nearest metro station. Poor food options to pick for breakfast if leaving before breakfast starts. Poorly arranged drop off. WiFi wasn't working and the hotel was very run down. Could find much better value for money
